I don't know if you all are just rude customers or what but I avoid fast food as much as possible for loads of reasons. BUT this one particular Wendy's will *always* get my visit if we are close by and hungry. Not only is my food always right, hot and delicious but I have always had great customer service. Especially towards my children! I have honestly never had a bad experience at this location. So if you see those less than great reviews, I recommend going in with a positive attitude and you will probably walk out with an even better one. Hope everyone working today had the day they deserve as they absolutely made our day! Tues April 8, 2025 we rolled through around 3:30p.

Wendy’s has made a decision at the corporate level to not staff the counter. The person who might take your order is busy filling bags with French fries. All emphasis is on the drive through. Sometimes I get my food in the drive through and then take it inside and eat. This is true of ALL WENDY’S.
One of the few fast food places I will eat! They r usually pretty clean! Love the thin mint frosty!!!

Always extremely slow, messes up my order nearly every time I come until I forget why I haven't been there in a while and come back. The 'saucy nuggs' was just like hot grease in a box and they frequently do not have the promo items that are still sitting on their menu or do not have the individual ingredients that define the item you want like bacon or the pretzel bun. Very slow drive thru and despite me making them read my order back to me they still mess it up!!
Waited in the lobby while my order was skipped only to be told that my drink wasn't available and the kid's order did not come with the promised toy.

Tried to place an order for two 10 piece saucy nugs, 2 fries, and two sodas. Didn't request anything different than how it is on the menu. Was told they couldn't do that. I asked are you out and was told no we can't do it that way. After some more back and forth left and we to the wendys at the mall. Tried to place the same order. Was told I could order a 10 or a 20 piece they couldn't do two 10 piece nugs. Left there sill unsure of what the problem was.
