I've been to this new location twice. The 1st time was a complete disaster, and I served a raw/frozen chicken sandwich. 2nd time, I sat in the drive through, for over 5 minutes (I was the only car) before they took my order. Idk what's going on there, but for a new facility, they seem to be struggling.

First time ordering here. I asked for lite mayo on my burgers and they put on extra. I asked for extra sauces for my 2 fries and nuggets and they gave me NONE. Spiteful workers that don't care about their job or the customers, and I say this as a food service worker. Will not be ordering again.

Worst fast food place I've ever encountered, and that's saying something. Floor behind the counter was filthy with trash for starters with workers kicking metal pans across it as they "worked". Got 2 baked potatoes and chili for take out after a long wait. One potatoe was so bad I was afraid to eat the other one or the chili . The extra butter containers were dripping like water and bled all over my kitchen counter. Disgusting.Franchise owner needs to remove his head from his colon imo. 1st and last time going there. Wow. I'm not real picky but this place exceeded my tolerance. Hope someone else buys it for the sake of future customers. I'm steering clear. Yikes.

This location on Scott Blvd says open at 6am on their website. I’ve tried more than once to treat myself with a breakfast. I don’t even know why I keep trying. The first time I tried, it was 6:30. Whatever. Someone was late or something. When I drive by the window, there were 5 or 6 people watching me drive by. Thanks for nothing. Tried again today because I didn’t have to be to work so early. It was 7:45. One guy was walking around the outside of the building. Dark inside. This is a beautiful new location but I’m wondering why they built it if no one goes to work. The location on Bernadette is so slow I won’t go there at all anymore. Same with Clark Lane. Certainly not what I expect from FAST food.
