The lady up has a nasty attitude and shouldn't work in customer service this is the case every time
Out of several carbonated beverages. Out of tortillas. Took 32 minutes for a frosty. Were told they didn't have time to make other food for us so we had to take a refund. Employee at counter was RUDE. Tables all dirty. Trash on floor. Bathrooms had trash on the floor, urine around the toilets. So gross. Terrible experience!
Some of their employees are insufferable. They seem to be offended to do their job and make it the customers problem. One woman in particular has a blatantly rude attitude towards customers and when asked something will respond curtly. Their food is also a spin the wheel on quality which again is just a reflection on some of their employees.
Stopped in 4/21 around 5:00pm for frosty's following a tour at MU. The vanilla flavor was not working, which was found out after we ordered. When asked about what we wanted to do, we didn't want chocolate so we asked if a refund for that particular item was an option. The young lady assisting us needed help with that so she asked her coworker for assistance. This coworker was very unprofessional, clearly put out not only with her coworker needing help but with us asking for a refund for an item we couldn't have. Her bad attitude was obvious and made it uncomfortable for everyone in that store.
Probably the most disgusting customer service I've experienced in a great while. Manager was slamming stuff around, cussing. Asked for crackers and she basically threw them in the bag. She is definitely turning people away from your business. Me for sure. Shame because I work so close.
Nice fast food restaurant. Place was clean. Friendly service. Kiosk for ordering food is easy to use. Time from ordering food until it was ready was about 5 minutes. Very limited street parking because it is in the middle of a college campus. I parked a block away.
I realy like the people there.it is based for collage kids more then anything. Just wish they could be a bit cleaner@get along@see@meet new friends then to come@fight with one another. Hard workers there@they try there best.managers are under standing@try to meet everyone's needs.
Some of the most rude and nasty staff I’ve come across ever. Would rate it 0 stars if I could. You can’t even ask for a sauce in the counter without getting the worker pissed off and rolling her eyes at you.
Ordered through UberEats and was missing a burger. Called the restaurant in case of a resolution and was told to do so through the app. After a short period of time, the worker called back accusing me of pulling “a fast one” on him due to checking the cameras. I tried explaining I simply wanted a resolution and had already sorted it out through UberEats, but the worker continued to berate me and hung up.
Would give the service a zero if I could. The worker tried to start a fight and started yelling at at my friends. Very unacceptable, I am concerned how he got a job or why he still works there.

Ordered through uber eats and when we got our food we were missing two burgers, normally this isn’t a big deal and can be resolved easily. Naturally I called asking to see what I could do about the situation. I was respectful and didn’t blame them for anything. After talking to them I received a call from one of the workers and the first thing he did was start yelling at me saying he checked the cameras and saw that he put the burgers in the order, again I never accused them of anything. He then started accusing me of trying to pull something, while still yelling. When I tried to talk back to him and explain that we were not accusing him of anything he hung up on me. I called back to understand better what was happening and he again started to accuse me of trying to pull something. He then said I was causing problems and still accused me of trying to pull something. I tried to explain myself again and tell him that I was not accusing them of anything. He again started saying they did nothing wrong and that he checked the cameras. For this whole time I was being yelled at and accused of trying to pull something on them.
My partner went here with her friends and had to wait 30+ minutes for her order to be ready. The next two days she spent with food poisoning. Don't eat here if you don't want food poisoning.
laylay and her coworkers were so amazing and accommodating they are a great reflection of this business!!!
They literally threw my food in the bag, the fries were not even put its cup, and it took them 20+ minutes just to do that. I will never buy food there ever again.
