Quinton, gave me nothing but a rushed and poor quality experience. Treating employees poorly and ordering them around like dogs. People in the service industry, like myself, need to be nothing but welcoming and opened to improvement. Quinton, was the opposite.

Walked out when I was told to use the filthy Kiosk machine to order food while 3 employees stood there doing nothing.
At least clean the disgusting screen if you want me to touch it, and tell the bum outside to leave too because I assume he comes in a uses it after sitting on the sidewalk all day.
If yall are too lazy to take an order then I assume you’re too lazy to make the food right.

Terrible customer service, I had a mobile order and they didn’t even let me know it was ready so it sat for around 15 minutes and got cold. When asked about it I was brushed off and told to go around the corner when I already told them I was there for 10 minutes waiting. It’s a fisher price Wendy’s and shouldn’t be there

This place apparently has a new policy as I was told by an employee of Wendy’s. She would not take my order over the counter unless I was paying with cash. It is ridiculous that I have to order my own food on their dirty screens that many people have already touched over and over. Here were two able body’s just standing behind the counter not doing anything. It is sad how many businesses have lost the ability to provide good customer service or hire people that can provide that! Thumbs down on service.

I gotta rate this two stars, I'm sorry. The staff is nice, but this location needs some work. When you walk in, you are immediately asked to use the kiosk or mobile order, as they aren't taking orders at the counter. Not to mention, your wait time is longer than most sit down restaurants around the area.

I've been to this location multiple times and have experienced this same thing every single time.

I want to be clear, the staff is nice and watching them I can tell they are working hard, but I think they are understaffed, which is causing this location to lose business and gain a reputation.
Whether it be corporate or the local management here, please do something about this and hire more people to run this store. Being next to campus it should be a gold mine.

This location is disgusting. During my visit the entire floor was sticky and mop bucket was just left in the dining area clearly not being used. I was the only person in the restaurant and my food took 30 minutes. Fries were cold and hard, had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long and not fresh. Will not be back.

The place smells like someone pooped in the middle of the store. The tables are dirty and covered with syrup. I went in for a quick bite and got out after about an hour of waiting! Wendy's needs to pay it's workers better and treat it's customers with respect.

Ordered food for pickup before closing for me and many friends, they gave it to the wrong person before I arrived and refused to make another order for me, claiming that I was trying to scam them and that my friends had already come to pick it up in my place using my name. After minutes of arguing to no avail, they refused to make my order or give me a refund (on an order of over $30). They were extremely smug as if they had caught me when they looked like complete fools to me and my friends who had just arrived to pick up the food they had given away to strangers.
