The place smells like someone pooped in the middle of the store. The tables are dirty and covered with syrup. I went in for a quick bite and got out after about an hour of waiting! Wendy's needs to pay it's workers better and treat it's customers with respect.

Ordered food for pickup before closing for me and many friends, they gave it to the wrong person before I arrived and refused to make another order for me, claiming that I was trying to scam them and that my friends had already come to pick it up in my place using my name. After minutes of arguing to no avail, they refused to make my order or give me a refund (on an order of over $30). They were extremely smug as if they had caught me when they looked like complete fools to me and my friends who had just arrived to pick up the food they had given away to strangers.

Your employee Julia wouldn’t let me order at the cash register and said I had to order in the app. And did it in kinda in a rude tone of voice. I only had cash and I wanted to use my keychain frosty tag!!! I was just wondering what you can do please and thanks!!! Because I would rather go to another Wendy’s now!!!

PLEASE give the manager on staff at 3pm on Wed 9/13 a bonus, shout-out, or at least some recognition. She’s running around keeping this whole place together. Taking orders, keeping food from burning, etc. I was waiting at the front of the line for 7 min or so and she gave me an extra frosty that got made. Couldn’t even be irritated with the wait at that point

Great staff, and the food is always pretty fresh. No cold fries here! The downtown location is great, and in terms of Wendy’s you can’t go wrong with this one.Parking: No parking lot. City parking only.

I came right before they closed and felt bad for coming in so late.The woman who took my order was very sweet and attentive, my food also came out really fast.
