White Castle is really nice with the exception of upselling customers. I ordered a number nine cheeseburgers with two additional drinks and then the lady fed what do you want for your second side and we ordered mozzarella sticks assuming that it was a second side for the number 9 meal. No this was a upsell and then they didn't even bother to give us our fries. The discount saved a $1.70 and we feel like we got robbed while eating in their store.
With this exception White Castle is still pretty good. Their food is just as it should be and their chicken wings are really cool and good. They also work great on your burgers.

I can remember cheese burgers were 15 cents.
hot,steamy with melted cheese!, every time! Not the case at this location. 2 out of the last 6 visits were satisfactory! Waited minimum 15 min. at the window! when we got our order the cheese was cold, not hot and steamy like they should be, disappointed again! management and quality control just not there!! Hope things get better, would hate to loose a great establishment!

Slow doesn't describe it. It was around 2pm with only 1 car ahead of me. Took 10 minutes for a #1. They forgot my change and had to get a mgr for the money. Then they're telling me to pull forward when there is a car still in front of me. I know it's fast food, but it wasn't fast and it's hardly food.

Place was dirty, staff was not friendly. They was out of everything I wanted to order except the burgers. I couldn't even get napkins i had to go to bathroom to get TOILET PAPER to use for napkins. be a good place for corporate to come visit clean up the place or the owner to pay a visit. Not worth posting pictures of 4 burgers.

I give it 5 stars for the experience and the customer service! I'm just as happy with the frozen ones. Some may argue that, but i think they taste the same.
I love this location, the staff here are always friendly, helpful, and very down to earth.
Being we no longer have white castle around the Kansas City area, this is the closest location

We were in Columbia for a dr appt and hit the drive thru (1st visit for me) we ended up with a "clutch" box of sliders and signing up for their ap Elaine was the nicest lady! She took our order and explained everything so well She also got us ready for our next visit with the app. Hope you all know what a great employee that you have working there.

I just ate dinner this evening at White Castle for the first time. This location had amazing customer service. The staff were friendly and personable. The food was exactly what I expected and delicious (3 original sliders, 3 cheese sliders and onion rings). The onion rings were high quality, crispy and better than any fast food establishment I’ve been too. The my also had a good sitcom on TV and made it seem like I was eating dinner at home. I would definitely come back and I might have to try the Belgian waffle slider in the morning. Thank you White Castle staff for making my first experience top notch.
