Holy crap this place cannot get their stuff together. Ordered for delivery from the website and waited forever. Called and said they didn't have a driver so ordered for pick up. When I got to the store, at the time I was told to, I was told the order would still be another 20 minutes. At this point I have been waiting more than two hours for food. This place is wild.

The experience here varies wildly between visits. Most recently I received 8 wings instead of the 10 I paid for and decided it wasn't worth the headache to get 2 more wings I ordered. When it's fresh it's great, but that is the exception and not the norm. Wait times are also insane, ordering online has been 1hr+ at times and when I show up I'm still waiting an extra 10-15 mins to get cold food.

Worst wing stop I’ve been to thus far. Food was terrible. Chicken was overcooked, couldn’t even be chewed. Like someone forgot they were in the fryer, will not be back

Ordered pick up was an hour past time. Manager told me he would refund half the cost at end of his shift which he did not do. Makes me curious how many people they use this on.

I placed a mobile order and it was supposed to be ready within the next 20 minutes, and I ended up waiting over an hour for my food. I opened my order of lemon pepper wings and there was barely any seasoning on any of them. Don’t order here unless you want to wait excessively long for your food.

Ordered online and picked up. It’s my own fault I didn’t check the bag to make sure everything was in there I guess. They missed a whole order of wings and fries. I call telling them what happened, I repeat the missing order three times, they even pull up the receipt in their side, I explain I’m an hour out having to come back in to get the food they forgot and they agree to refund my money for the missing food and get me the missing food. I get there and they say actually pick, missing food or refund. I take the food, and ask for a manager. They pull some guy off the line making wings who is stoned out of his mind and cannot even answer my questions clearly. I walked out and when I got into the car and opened the box they messed the order up AGAIN! They still would offer a refund. I am 100% sure that guy was not a manager either. Our order was over $80, that’s a lot for us who don’t eat out often. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.
