The black girl with glasses and a pony tail has a big mouth. Had an online order and waiting 1 hour to get my food. Was standing in line for 15 mins until someone finally asked what my order was. There is absolutely zero organization going on. The black girl has got to go if she’s going to catch an attitude for having to work.

Literally the BEST fast food service I’ve ever received! We stopped in for lunch and due to an ordering mistake, they had extra food available and they gave it to us no charge! The guy was so very nice to us! Will definitely be back!

So I had ordered delivery for a friend on a Saturday night to be delivered to their apartment it was $70 plus dollars worth of food… after an hour it said delivered but it had never shown up… double checked address etc turns out door dash (company hired out to do the delivery as I ordered it through the wingstop website itself) never delivered it and was 30 min on the phone two different calls giant pain figured I was just out $70 and the 30 minutes on the phone where I had to step away from my night time job… Steven the general manager of the Columbia location called me with urgency to the point I felt bad and even explained it was okay I know it wasn’t their fault. (I work in the service industry last thing I was trying to be was a “Karen”) The man had already got my order issued back on my card and encouraged me to reach out if it didn’t show up in two days. I am not that important of a person/feel entitled to that level of concern but I really freaking appreciated it!! Already liked the food from the place but that was honestly the best customer service I’ve received in the last couple years. People always take time to leave negative experiences/feedback but never positive so I wanted to share this one. I’d strongly suggest this location because even if they mess up your order they will make it right and you already know the food is good. Steven if you see this thank you that was a great surprise and bosses /people auditing Steven, hire more GM’s like him. Made you guys look really good.
