Hubs and I parked at the TA and walked over. We shared the carnitas platter and the El Gordo shrimp platter. Everything was well seasoned and we received large portions. The carnitas were perfectly cooked- meaty, moist on the inside with little crispy edges. the Shrimp were plump and a little spicy. ? would highly recommend

I asked for what was left of both of the jumbo margaritas we didn't finish to go and they made me 2 new margaritas to go instead and charged them as jumbos even though they were noticibly in a smaller container then the jumbo margaritas glass. I asked another guy working there to tell the guy I noticed making them I meant I wanted the margaritas I had to go and he walked off and did nothing to stop the guy while he preceded to make the other margarita. I liked there food a lot and I was starting to go there a lot but that changed once I was taken advantage of.

They can improve the hours of operation, open at 11 am it's late specifically if you are near a truck stop. we the truck driver work 24/7 you are loosing a lot of potential
Super nice and pleasant place, food is amazing….a lot of choices and the is not pricey, size of the plate is huuuuge, for travelers and truck drivers or even locals suites everyone, parking is enough, stuff were wonderful , attentive and helpful, very good Mexican restaurant definitely will come
