“Concordia is where we meet our daughters as it's the halfway point. Was looking for a different restaurant to meet at. We were not disappointed when we chose The Palace. Food was excellent as well as the service. Highly recommend the cheese curds! This will be our new meeting place for sure!”

“This is becoming our weekend place for breakfast, at lunch. Service is always good. Everyone is friendly, but like someone who genuinely cares. I am not a fan of someone who acts like a servant. The only bad thing I can think of to say is they are a touch expensive. However, we have always left feeling like we got our money's worth.”

“Had breakfast here 2023 Aug 22. Like to go to non-chain places when traveling and this is worth it. Nice inside, service good, waitress pleasant. I love corned beef hash, usually prefer homemade; but theirs from the can was good - cooked really crispy along with the hashbrowns. I am a sucker for crispy.”

“Pizza was good. Customer experience was great! There were two kids working. Both had great attitudes. The pizza was much better than anywhere else in this area. It's also right off the highway which is nice.”

“I’ll start by saying I do not like going out for BBQ. I’d rather have my husband’s. On our way home from vacation we seen the restaurant was still open at 9:30 so we decided to stop in. It was limited side options because they were starting to close down and had already tossed a few. Let me tell you, I was impressed! Not my husband’s, but impressed nonetheless. My husband chose the sampler platter with slaw and potato salad and I went with the brisket and pork with baked beans and potato salad. Everything was hot and delicious!!! If you haven’t tried Dempsey’s BBQ, you’re missing out!”

“It was a pretty cool place they had a Subway they have a lounge I almost thought there was a tavern in there. Their restrooms were decked out they have a souvenir shop they have food obviously drinks obviously Taylor awesome night display pretty cool.”

“Ed was super accommodating and generous to myself and my family. It was past closing time but we were starving and stuck in town while my car was being serviced and the guy actually turned the grill back on just to serve us and we're supper appreciative for that. More than I could have asked for. The burgers were excellent and my toddler had a blast figuring out the pinball machine and playing pac-man. I just wanted to say thanks for the experience and tell everyone else its absolutely worth stopping in for a meal. Thanks again Ed, we'll be back.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant seems very family / community oriented at least for the time of day we stopped in. I'd guess kids are more than welcome.”

“If you are traveling on I 70 and can stop go here for a great meal. Seriously you need to eat here. The Google reviews are legit and this is the real deal. Steak sandwich and and cajun fish got em both, totally worth it. Until next time K-Bar!”
