This is McDonald's nine-dollar Gold chicken sandwich, which is missing the tomato and lettuce. I ordered two of these, and they both we’re missing the tomatoes and the lettuce. Maybe the staff doesn’t know what goes on these chicken sandwiches. The girl that waited on me at the second window was sweet and polite. more often than not this McDonald’s struggles with the accuracy of an order.

I have traveled extensively over my career. And have experienced many McDonalds franchises. I can say without hesitation. The location in Concordia Missouri is outstanding! I can say this because. When I travel from Kansas City to Saint Louis I-70. This location is where I stop. The employees are friendly courteous knowledgeable professionals. Each and every employee. Work as if they own the franchise. Management is a reflection of service. The food is consistently fresh hot and delicious.
Slow as molasses in the wintertime. I’ve never seen fast food so slow or with such a lack of urgency
