I have traveled extensively over my career. And have experienced many McDonalds franchises. I can say without hesitation. The location in Concordia Missouri is outstanding! I can say this because. When I travel from Kansas City to Saint Louis I-70. This location is where I stop. The employees are friendly courteous knowledgeable professionals. Each and every employee. Work as if they own the franchise. Management is a reflection of service. The food is consistently fresh hot and delicious.

Always gotta wait 20 minutes even longer if there is more than 2 people inside or in the drive through. They always pull you forward just to fudge their window times even if your the only one their.

This is not an exaggeration, I wish it was. Why is it at every McDonald's, when ordering a plain value meal. Nothing special. I'm asked to pull around and wait away from the window, when no one is in the drive-through but me.
