Very busy McDonald’s, service was still fast and friendly. Great for a “cheap” fast food chain restaurant quick stop.Would greatly prefer to not walk to walk and drive through a stream of soda. Unsure why an employee did this.
I stood waiting for 5 minutes for someone to take my order. No one came to take my order 2 more people entered. Finally a young man that was busy taking the trash out came up and said let's use the kiosk. If you want people to us the kiosk put a sign up at the register. Don't just ignore the people that come into the store because the drive thru is busy. This was at lunchtime.
It’s ok but they keep forgetting to add ketchup when you ask him to add it in their bag and not very grateful customer service need more smiles on their face like they don’t wanna work
