We had the best customer service from Tryston! While making our sandwiches he was thorough, quick and even complimented us while doing so! Tryston’s hard work and thoughtfulness made for a wonderful experience!

Came 9:20 told me wait 15-20 minutes go at 9:55 for 1 dipper doesnt know what a dipper is to wait till 11am for next person come in waste of time… pathetic advertise something that you have pictures of everywhere and dont know what it is….

Tried calling in an order Noone answered the phone. Talked to someone at TA...supposed to go help. Still wouldn't answer the phone. I guess I didn't want to pay 30.00 for dinner.
Put an online order form this shop and we got half our order. Then took the money we gave them. Do not recommend this location unless you want to lose your money.

Why while cashier was cashing out customer ahead of me, he kept his gloves on in which he had to use his cell phone's calculator. Afterward, he tried to make my food w those same gloves. I asked if he was going to change gloves. His response, "if you want me to." I think it's crazy that I had to ask. When I worked fast food, phones and cash register were the top 2 things that had germs. Just nasty!! I'm appalled because he says he was a cook at Country Pride before they closed. Yuck!

Being out on the road for several hours having to deal with horrible drivers then come in here and have to deal with someone like her is uncalled for. I never bothered to order. I know management won't do anything about it, especially from the other posts I read.
