The Simple Life Concordia

We stopped in on our road trip and the moment you enter the doors the building is absolutely gorgeous! The lady who helped us was the sweetest angel ever and gave us our coffee for free and wished us a safe road trip, thank you again you were so kind! Highly recommended stopping by for a coffee it was so delicious!

this coffee shop and antique store is absolutely worth the stop. we stopped on a road trip for some coffee and the nice lady serving us coffee was worth the stop alone. the building is very beautiful, very unique things in the antique store, the coffee is also delicious! highly recommended.

The Simple Life has THE best Reubens I have ever had! That's on top of the cute shop, wonderful coffees and lovely staff! Today I tried a slice of cake....so delicious! Love driving up for lunch!

I love this place! There is so much to do. One can shop around while waiting for food. Or on cold winter days sit next to the fireplace.

Wonderful café. We love coming here every time we visit Concordia.

Great owner and her sister was a great waitress! Plus there was homemade grasshopper cake!

The food & drinks were delicious!
Everything was fresh and homemade.
Atmosphere is amazing with tan open Antique shop with which adds to the decor.
I can't wait to return for my next visit.
If you visit to shop & eat, you wont regret it.
Lunch ends at 2pm so arrive earlier.

All 24 participants at a Concordia family reunion visited The Simple Life during our stay in town. It’s very “country” and rustic offering a relaxing atmosphere. Entrance is through an antique store that offers a collection of treasures from days gone by. Next to these is a small room with local “provisions”, including jams, summer sausage, honey, apple butter, trail mix and other goodies to nosch on during the trip home.

Dietary restrictions: They will accommodate gluten-free needs by preparing a special meal.
