The ice cream was great quality and had a good selection that seems to rotate. The service was great. We just missed a rush, so we got lucky

Since the O'Fallon Udderly Moolicious closed I've been looking for a new place to feed my ice cream habit. This is a nice place in Cottleville not far from Frankie Martin's Garden. I think they get most (if not all) of their product from Central Dairy. They've got some space inside with cable spool table tops. There is also a patio.Service is friendly, typical prices.

Delicious! I ordered the s'mores shake and enjoyed it very much. They also put up with hosting my son's soccer team inside because it was a billion degrees outside. Props to the employees who had to endure the ruckus.

Such a great place! The two ladies let us in even though we showed up right at closing. They were so cordial and nice to us. Would come back 1,000 times simply because of how nice the staff were.

This was a cute little shop in Cottleville! It offers around 10 flavors of ice cream, milk shakes, and cookie sandwiches. We were big fans of the rotating shake they suggested this week (it was heavy on peanut butter) but the birthday cake flavor was kind of a miss. Monkey business however was very good! The two workers we encountered here were both very nice!

Such a cute place with very good ice cream. The waffle cones taste fresh with a hint of cinnamon. Beware - they are generous with the scoops! I wasn't prepared for how big my cone was going to be... But it was delicious! They have great indoor and outdoor seating for enjoying your treats there.

Disappointing Experience: Zero Customer Service for KidsI recently visited with my family, and what started as a fun outing quickly turned into a disheartening experience for my 9-year-old daughter. She accidentally dropped her ice cream shortly after purchasing it, I sent her to the counter to politely ask for a replacement, thinking it would be a valuable opportunity to teach her about self confidence. However, what followed shattered her newfound courage. The staff at the ice cream shop politely informed her that store policy is to not replace the ice cream cone. As a parent, witnessing the impact this had on my child's confidence was truly disheartening. It is common knowledge that kids are prone to accidents, and a positive response could have turned this incident into a teachable moment, encouraging resilience and understanding.Unfortunately, this particular establishment failed to recognize the importance of customer service, especially when it comes to young patrons.I feel compelled to share this experience with other potential customers, to be aware of the kind of service one can expect. In conclusion, if you are looking for a place that truly cares about its customers, especially children, I urge you to consider other options.Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (One Star)
Variety of sweet treats, we had cookies and cream icecream!

Staff was amazing, especially on a slow, cold day! Made me feel super welcome! The ice cream and cookies were great.

Stuff were VERY VERY rude. I felt very unwelcome And unwanted there. I’ll make it my personal duty to not come back here.

I love their ice cream so much but unfortunately we went during their open hours on Sunday and they were close. I understand not having enough workers, still disappointing though :/Edit: what? Your google didn’t say you were closed and it didn’t say on you were closed for the week on the door, other people were also stopping to check too lmao I gave you 3 stars because it’s not like I gave you one even though I should now ?
