When Firehouse Subs first opened, the subs were ?. Today, we were really disappointed. The bread was stale and the smoked brisket taste different and very skimpy. Not the same at all. Like all the other places that are going down hill, they are too.

Staff not attentive friendly or efficient. This is the first time we've visited this firehouse subs and it wasn't super busy with happy employees and happy customers. The employee didn't ask if we'd like drinks even after we said we're eating at the location. My fiance's bread was soggy. We watched an employee come from behind the counter and use an already wet dirty looking rag to wipe down tables. Then threw that same rag over the counter for what I can only assume for later use. No hairnets making food.
I saw signs ' now hiring ' and 'hiring managers'. Better happen soon before they're shut down for health inspections.

Took a long time to get sandwich, despite being only customer. Little light on the meat quantity.

Got there at 8:40pm they close at 9:00pm. As soon as I walked in they were very rude. Said they only have 2 steamers ready. Pretty much rushed us out.. will not be going back.

I will never again go to this Firehouse. This is the 3rd time they have completely messed up my order. If I’m going to pay $12 for a sub sandwich, it better be correct. I asked for meat and cheese only on my sandwich. I got a sandwich with EVERYTHING on it. A waste of money considering I’m allergic to half the “add ons” that I specifically did not ask for. Horrible.
