Firehouse Subs Miralago

This was the first time we visited this Firehouse Subs location but it was just as satisfying as the other locations we have visited. The food was good in flavor and quality and the staff is always very pleasant.

We placed a large order and it was ready very promptly and accurately. Best part was getting to eat the 'deliciousness'!

Love love Firehouse Subs for best tasting meat and original sub taste this is the place to go love the Mid Rivers location always Fresh Foods and lettuce and condiments.

I wouldn't know, my order was canceled after i waited on it 2 hours. I missed lunch, I even called to see if they could just send me what i ordered and was told, nothing they can do. If you want it, pick it up, don't use their websites delivery service.

Service at this location was spot on. Azalea was super kind taking our order and helped ensure the staff followed a dairy restriction.

Management here can't seem to stock gluten free bread. Always out forcing me to go to the St Charles location because they always have it.
This is a manager issue that ruins the experience. Management needs to do their job and properly stock the store.
Ask St Charles how they do it.

Quick easy ordering in the Firehouse app. Convenient location for pick up! We enjoy the variety of sandwiches they offer.

I ordered my usual sandwich with mustard (both deli and yellow) and oil and vinegar, but unfortunately, it was completely soaked, to the point where the bread was falling apart. While I can understand how that might happen with all the sauces I requested, it was still a bit much. That said, this was otherwise one of the better experiences I’ve had! The staff was friendly for the most part, and the food was tasty despite the soaked bread. I also asked for extra pickles, and they really hooked me up, which I appreciated!

One suggestion: the owners should consider providing more thorough training for their employees and ensuring they’re treated well. Overall, I’m grateful for the effort the staff put in and would return.

The food price and portions were great. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was clean and pleasant. Can't wait to bring the kids. Great selection of subs and add ons.
