I fries and tots it’s really amazing taste and I tried a different type of sauces smoky rice sauce, famous fries sauce, and jalapeño rice sauce it’s really crazy and amazing taste but a little bit atmospheric I didn’t like, but that’s fine

The young guy who was working the drive thru today round 1230.. my dude, you need to not be around customers. Didn't speak, just stared at me, monotone on the mic, and overall looked like he would rather die than be working..

I walked in and see a long line. The only reason I went in is because the drive-thru was backed up. So I waited and waited and waited. I finally left after 20 minutes and there were still people in line I left.

Normally food is hot and fresh but this time both burgers and fries were luke warm on delivery as i checked the bag before leaving. Also, they were quite skimpy on fries amount. I suspect since I got my food in 4 minutes, the food was pre-cooked under a heating lamp which defeats the purpose of going to this restaurant with its price point; I could have gone to Applebee's.

They close at 11 but when we got there at 10 they had already locked the dining room and were out of tea. We didn’t bother.

Apparently, they close when they want to. It's 1013 and they are closed but people are sitting inside, doors locked, says they close at 11, ...drive thu closed as well.
Good ol America, we do what we want when we want.

Was not crazy about my double bacon cheeseburger. No flavor at all. Felt like I was eating paper thin food. No substance to the burger

This place is dirty. From my observation, the health inspector isn't doing their job. They probably haven't been around for a while. The soda station is disgusting! The floor corners had plenty of debris build-up. When the customer seating area is dirty, what does the kitchen look like? 🤔

I would give it five stars, although it is quite expensive. However, the food was delicious, and the ice cream was also excellent. I will return when I find a deal or perhaps make it a special occasion, as the quality is truly unmatched.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was prepared promptly. I would recommend trying their tater tots and fry sauce.

Facilities were clean.
