I ordered 2 dozen and the donuts were not fresh. Not much icing was really dark. I tried calling and no one answered my call. I would like a refund for these donuts or a credit.

this location has stolen my money. I made a online order 12/28/25 and when I arrived at location they told me they did not have most of the donuts I had ordered. I asked them what they had to replace the donuts with and they would not tell me and asked if I wanted a refund for my order. I agreed and they told me it would be back in my account in 2-3 business days. I have still not received a refund but they sent me a conformation email like I received my order. no one has tried to contact me I've reached out on the app and already left another review on here

Bought a bakers dozen donuts and I could not believe the size difference of the original glaze donuts vs the strawberry and chocolate donuts. The 8 original glaze donuts were half the size of the other donuts and were almost burnt! This is the worst experience I have ever had at this Krispy Kreme location. All 13 donuts fit in the box with room to spare!

We drove up at 4:55, asked when the hot light comes on and they told us 5pm so we waited the 5 min and drove around again and they said it would be 30min to an hour before they would have hot donuts

This place is garbage, never helpful, always only glazed doughnuts. Never waste your time or money here. They just shoved a box of glazed doughnuts in my delivery drivers hands for a box of up-charges assorted dozen instead of canceling the order. I will never give krispy cream my time or Money at any location ever again. This is round 6 of me attempting to get doughnuts from krispy cream this year and not one time has it worked out. Lost a customer for life.

I will start off by saying Krispy Kreme is my favorite cheat day meal. However, when I show up early morning on Sundays or in this case 2:00 p.m. and there is a menu full of items to choose from and the person over the drive-thru speaker tells me they only have original glazed and no coffee. I don't understand how this business is still going. If I were to guess I would say it's more laziness than anything else. I just wanted a cream-filled glazed donut and coffee with cream and sugar.
It has been like this every single time I've been here for the past year. I didn't want to write this review.

No one was taking the order after 5 mins of waiting after they said they will help in a min. I think 1 person was working the drive through and making food, 1 was hosing the back floor, and 2 girls were just in the company truck laughing loudly. We just left since the car at the window wasnât moving either. You got some hard workers and some that need to take the job more seriously or leave.

It is frequent that we try to order from this location and without fail every time we have issues and the issues are similar. They are supposed to be open at 6am and I got there Sunday at 720. There was a cart in front of the drive through and all doors were locked. The inside restaurant is a disaster (as seen from the windows out side). Lights were off. I called the number listed and a young boy answered the phone noting that they open the drive through at 700am. Mind you it was 720am and everything was closed up. I went around to the window to pick up my online order that was supposed to be ready at 645am. The girl opened the window with eyes half opened, did not offer a greeting and waited for me to initiate conversation. I asked for my order. She closed the window and I watched her walk into the restaurant to pack up my box (so not ready when I got there). She hands me the box without and acknowledgment and then shut the window. I opened the box to find burnt, disgraceful looking Peanuts character donuts. Like I said this is not my first experience with this. I have also been refunded for orders that were not ready and no one answering the door, and we have had issues with staff many times getting disgruntled about having to unlock the door often due to not having donuts made for sale. There is not another location close by so I keep hoping for change but this is extremely disappointing!

Donât waste your time you canât go inside thatâs the part as a kid I remember being fun and setting apart from other shops. You could probably get fresher donuts at the gas station. They only had two options and it was $20 for eight donuts and a half hour wait in the drive thru and they didnât even take my order over the speaker.
