I used to enjoy taking my kids and family members here on Saturday mornings. Not anymore 😔. I’ve tried the pass two weekend and the lobby is closed. This is sad to see with a bunch of employees staring at you. The drive thru donuts I bought were cold and hard.

I loved to see them being made, and having fresh warm donuts come right off the line felt several years. Not any more.

My daughter asked for a blended latte and was told they can’t make that. Instead they made her a cold coffee and it’s tasted bitter and unsweetened.

Don’t waste your time until they can figure out how to serve customers the right way. We should come first before businesses. Just proves it’s all about the money. I will not be going back here again.

Not Krispy Kreme’s! Lately this place has been more of a distribution center, but today I received a dozen pre-made frozen donuts! I did not pay $16 for basic gas station donuts! They tasted NOTHING like they should!

I typically don’t leave reviews, but I felt this experience warranted one. I’ve long been a fan of Krispy Kreme, so I was especially disappointed by my recent visit to the Cottleville location.

Even before entering the store, I noticed the ground outside was sticky, which immediately raised concerns. Inside, the floor was not only dirty and slippery but also had pieces of donuts piled on it, adding to the overall sense of neglect. The environment felt unhygienic and uninviting. Unfortunately, the condition of the store was only part of the issue—the quality of the donuts was equally disappointing. They had a strong taste of old frying oil and lacked the freshness I’ve come to expect from Krispy Kreme.

Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience. I wish I had taken a video or even pictures.

I went at 9:45am on a Sunday and they were out of all their filled doughnuts. It was also drive thru only. The doughnuts I received are tiny and I paid almost $14 for 6 tiny doughnuts.

Donuts are always Ice cold and they refuse to make fresh ones - I shouldn’t have to drive 30+ mins for Krispy Kreme when there’s one in my area- employees don’t want to work anymore

0/10 if I could. I made an online order for my Dad’s birthday, without reason my order was canceled an hour before it was supposed to be delivered and all I received was an email notification of this. My card was charged for this order online. So disappointed since I live out of state and this was for a special occasion. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER.

Update your google when you temporarily close! Bad business drove out of the way for donuts. They have garbage everywhere outside.

This place is horrible!Always something either there temporary closed or not accepting cash card only! Then when they are open they've got maybe 3 donuts to choose from!

I gotta say, I’ve truly never seen a place run so poorly. The systems are always down, the drive through has a paper sign. Every time I’ve come here there has been an issue or blemish. I’m not even mad cuz I usually order 1 glazed donut and that’s it, so I rarely don’t have my order fulfilled, but I’m leaving this review just out of acknowledgment of a lack of care or any bit of talent when it comes to management. It is nearly impressive how little effort goes into this place. Again, I’m not even mad, I hope it stays in business because it’s almost funny. I say this with basic respect for the manager as a person, they really should find a new field of work. I hear that the nation is low on plumbers, maybe he could learn that trade and help out that way. The workers are usually kind but confused or without a functioning shop. I would say I blame this primarily on management, the workers are just a symptom of that.

They have EXACT change or card only so I waited in a long line just for them to tell me they couldn't take cash. Which was extremely aggravating.

The hours of operation are unreliable. A hand written sign stating they are closed is used on the door. The automated phone line doesn’t offer an option to speak to someone at the store. Last time I went through the drive through, the kid had a stack of donuts boxes up that were about as fresh as the grocery store options. Don’t go out of your way.

Went to grab my wife a dozen glazed for her birthday today, and pulled up to the drive thru, and it was closed, yet online says there open. Parked to go inside and a worker is walking back from putting a sign up saying closed literally looking at me. No reasons at least give a reason, just closed. That tells me the workers at this location don't care about there jobs and customers. On a Saturday morning, seriously!

Surprisingly disappointed in this visit. Drive through had a taped up hand written sign that said ā€œdrive through closedā€ and right when I walked in there was another handwritten sign that said ā€œcard or exact change only.ā€ I guess this location supplies donuts to nearby stores because it was filled with racks and racks of donuts. I wouldn’t like purchasing donuts from a grocery store and finding out my donuts had been sitting out in a lobby where anyone could cough or sneeze on them while passing by…
When I got to the counter, the employee didn’t greet me or acknowledge me, then walked away and left. Maybe she was going on a break? But either way, it’s not hard to say, ā€œSomeone will be with you in a just a momentā€ or tell the other three employees that someone at the counter was waiting to be served. Then another employee came up maybe a minute later and asked what I wanted. She was not very friendly and then stood at the donuts without saying anything or indicating she was ready for me to order. Paid and she didn’t thank me for coming or say anything at all.
Sad that Krispy Kreme’s customer service and professionalism have gone downhill. Such a shame! At least the donuts taste good.

Always out of new items day of release even if you're first ones there not sure if your really out or you just don't wanna work. Ordered online ahead, out of your picks, pick something else, OK refund, you want drinks, no refund, OK drinks. You can't even speak proper English and have to have a translator come tell you what I'm saying and you have no idea what's even on your menu. And my drink tastes like a cleaning product. I'll never go back to this location ever again the worse staff that don't know anything and the donuts are mediocre in comparison to other locations. I think corporate needs to come in and take a look at things going on here.

No donut better than KKs. But went to Fenton location in MO first. Out of donuts for the tax day special by 9am. Dudes you got to do better than that. Get up early and make plenty extra.

Had to leave there and go all the way to Cottelville location. Np, but drive up was closed had to go in. Walked in no one at counter had to shout out for service. One woman ask what I needed from the back. Said I was there for an online pickup. Not another word, such as ok be right there etc. Other woman walks over puts some donuts in the boxes and places them on the counter. Again not a word of there ya go or have a nice day. So likewise I checked they were actually mine picked wm and left.

Bottom line for thus review. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
