QDOBA Mexican Eats

I went through the drive thru and ordered a bowl, but they made it without my rice. Hannah was super friendly and let me come back and re order the bowl for free. I give the exact same order and say add rice please. I got the wrong cheese and toppings on my 2nd bowl 🫠. Food was great and staff was super friendly, but I couldnt get what I ordered after trying twice.

The young lady who served us was delightful however they were out of tea. They only have one tea machine, and when they're out, they're just out, and no one seemed to think that was a problem.

I just left Qdoba spending about $12 for lunch on the worst quesadilla! It’s so soggy and soupy like eating soupy bread! My husband and I were just there on April 26 and I had a chicken quesadilla and it was sooo good and the tortilla was toasted perfectly, that I’ve been wanting one since then. However, this time the lady who made it did a terrible job! I told her I wanted a chicken quesadilla, she asked what did I want on it, and I said cheese, she proceeded to immediately go and pour queso all over it. Yes , queso is cheese, but typically if you want queso, you say, “queso.” I wanted shredded cheese, but since she had already poured it all over the top of my Chicken I just told her it was fine, but I was wrong, it’s not fine. It’s terrible. All I wanted on it was shredded cheese and pico. She was stingy with the chicken and then when I saw her take it off of the quesadilla grill some of the chicken had dropped off, and she pushed it down into the grill tray. I’m sorry, but she was already stingy with the chicken so I wanted all the chicken that I paid for that dropped off. As soon as I got home, I went to eat it and it is like wet soggy dough. I’m so disappointed. There’s nothing like having something that is really good and going back to get it again and it’s the total opposite, terrible! The other thing is that she was in such a hurry to fix my quesadilla she was picking up the spoon for different ingredients like she was going to add them on there. You would’ve thought there was someone behind me, but there wasn’t or that it was her quesadilla and not mine. I gave two stars because the quesadilla I had the week before was really good. I’m so annoyed.

Hannah & Jennifer made the best bowels we have ever had. We asked for an extra on our fav sides & they did with smiles. Sometimes I feel awkward but not here. When we walked in, they were laughing, working hard, & quick to help us with smiles. It was a very pleasant fun & enjoyable atmosphere. No one waited, was clean & all the staff were happy. I love this store. Hats off to this amazing staff, they are who makes or breaks a restaurant. Thank you Hannah & Jennifer

The cheese crusted quesadilla is the best quesadilla I’ve ever had!

By far the worst Qdoba around & I love qdoba but it’s the closest to my home. They don’t greet you when you walk in. Portions they provide are horrible, the manager isn’t friendly at ALL. Today I went in to get a bowl. And service was not good per usual

I normally have a good experience at this location but I just did a drive through pick up order and that is the worst experience I have had in any drive through. We were 5 minutes late for our pick up and when we got to the window our order wasn’t ready so we asked when it would be ready. We were met with a lot of attitude and the woman kept saying that she didn’t know they were slammed and if we wanted our food we had to come inside. She was in really rude and hostile. We asked again when the food would be done and said we didn’t mind coming back around and she said “I don’t know why you’re arguing with me. You’ll have to come inside if you want your food”

OK. Not many tables and they were all filthy...needed cleaning. Food was OK. Perhaps one step up from Taco Bell.

This store is dirty. The workers and management are untrained. The district manager is clueless. Like how is this place still open. Needs a complete makeover.

Ok I went and got a mix of things like anyone would and my total was $11 then about a week later I went again, got the exact same thing but a drink this time and my total was $18… unless a drink cost $7 something is fishy. Also the second time the card reader wasn’t working so the employee helped me and on the tip screen pressed 25% without my permission… either hit or miss with this place.

I LOVE QDOBA!!! My only beef is that the drive thru is randomly closed sometimes

I had the new Cheese-Crusted Quesadillas last night (1/14). It was 🔥. I have pretty high standards for Mexican food having a Mexican wife. I was very pleased w/it & the Barria meat. I'm already planning a return visit for seconds 😋.

Highly recommend coming for breakfast burritos. So yummy for the price.

I tried the taco shell bowl and it tasted like the oil was old and was really stale. Wouldn't ever order again. I'll stick to just breakfast here.
