We came here with 14 people and had the most amazing food and service! The food came hot and fresh and Ariana took great care of us making sure the drinks were full and everyone got everything they needed. We came for their Sunday brunch and the food was absolutely amazing! Definitely a great place to come for a family brunch!

The place is the best. The waitresses are the best ever that I’m encountered with, John the owner is excellent. The whole atmosphere is the best. The people you meet. There are the best and I’m talking not just the restaurant but the lounge room best cigars, best atmosphere best conversation if I have more stars available to give I will give

I threw a Baby Shower for my daughter-in-law and it was wonderful! The room was great, private and set apart from the rest of the restaurant. Our server, Rebecca, anticipated many of our needs and took care of them before we could even ask! She was wonderful!! The food was delicious, nice and hot and served promptly when we requested it. We also had 2 guests that were highly allergic to gluten. They were very careful with the food, plated it separately and made sure there was no cross contamination. It was very reasonably priced compared to other venues. They were very accommodating when it came to decorating and just generally made us feel right at home. Our Coordinator, Chrissy, was great, too!

Wow, wow, wow! Came here for dinner from out of town and was extremely impressed. Exceptional service and great food. I had the salmon and added roasted potatoes; it was incredible. Fantastic wine selection, and even better bourbon and scotch selection. Ari was our server and was the best. This place is an absolute must!

The service is worthy of the 4 stars but really not that busy. The food is good, but not worth the prices. Two (rather small) crab cakes were good, not special and not worth the $30ish price. The flank steak was good, but with fries? I would have expected a baked potato. Nothing else came with the meals, other than pairings of wine and whisky.

This place is trying to be the bougie place to go and very well may be for those thinking they are bougie, but this isn't equivalent to a Ramsey restaurant.

Widest selection of bourbon I’ve seen in St. Charles which is nice, however, don’t bring a paper temporary ID. They’ll take it and leave you without service for 15 mins as they call a cop to verify it’s real…

Here’s the deal, I’ve been to this place at least 15 times and never been carded except for this one time. So your comment about taking your liquor license seriously isn’t doing it for me. You or the server could have also given me a heads up rather than let me sit there for over 15 minutes wondering what was going on. Also, was watching my ID get passed around in the cigar lounge throughout this process while people were laughing, embarrassing me in front of my girl. I’m 28 with a beard, I don’t look underage, seemed a little unnecessary.

However, I’ve always loved this spot up until this encounter. I’ll be making another appearance soon to give it another try and will adjust the rating accordingly.

I hosted an engagement party in the private room and it went really well. The food and drinks were amazing and our waitress Rebecca was over accomodating. Everyone had such a great time. I would have another event there in a heartbeat.

Me and my friend came for brunch and the food was amazing! Your employee Ari was amazing and helped us navigate the menu when we had questions. Also the bottomless mimosa were so good!! If you decide to come here you will have great food and a great time here.

Celebrated anniversary tonight and service with Ari was beyond amazing, bartender made me great drinks, food was delicious and we were surprised with dessert complimentary for our special day ❤️❤️

We rented the event space for a rehearsal dinner and were able to bring our own decor to personalize the space which was appreciated.

We did run into some issues with the food, as the main entrees came out cold as of it was just taken out of the refrigerator due to their warmer not working unexpectedly. My suggestion to prevent this in the future would be to temp check the food before handing it out to be served as that would have prevented the issue entirely.

The macaroni and cheese was delicious, the broccoli was surprisingly tasty and when I cut into my boys’ burgers they smelled amazing though.

We would like to give a huge shout out to our server, Jordan! She was an amazingly professional server and took wonderful care of our large party. She went above and beyond to help with my kiddos so I could enjoy the dinner and ensured no one’s drinks ran out the duration of the night. Jordan did everything she could to make the situation right and that was what stood out most to us above the other snag we encountered. We also appreciate the Rackhouse management for following up with us the next day.

If you can ask for Jordan as your server. She will ensure you have an amazing dining experience. She’s a true gem!
