I want to offer 4 1/2 stars, but since I can't it doesn't seem fair to take off a full star for a small concern. The coffee is top-notch, and the coffee cake I had tasted very fresh. Everyone that helped me seemed very cheerful and friendly.

Unfortunately, the parking is really weird. You have to pay to use the lot directly out front, so you're more likely gonna have to look around for a place to park. And being Cottleville, spaces are a premium- it might just be safer to plan on parking at the church and walking a block or so.

They charge $5 to park in their lot… there were no free open spaces around at 11 AM on a Tuesday so I decided to go elsewhere.
I do enjoy their food when I get it delivered.

This place gets a single star… costs you $5 just to park, then another $5 for the coffee, and get the smallest cappuccino ever… better bet is to go down the street or Starbucks.
Cheaper to go somewhere else, I can’t believe you have to pay to park!

And they don’t validate either… so you’re screwed and not in a good way

My wife and I keep coming back for the breakfast sandwiches and pour over coffee. I picked up a bag of the PNG, which I can't wait to try in my home grinder.

Service was good and food was tasty, but my fiancé and I had lattes — they tasted slightly off and I suspect the milk was spoiled because both of us had some issues once we got home. May give them another shot sometime, but that is unfortunately a bad first impression.
