The egg on all 6 of our breakfast sandwiches were very undercooked and runny, also one of them had a big hair in it. We didnt eat the one with a hair but we are all feeling kinda sick now

Waited 30+ minutes for my food (4 pc chicken nugget and a small fry) just for it to be cold and hard as a rock. Has happened multiple times now. Absolutely terrible service. Slow, lazy, and ignorant of those waiting to speak with a worker.

When you put in a table number in the app, the food should be brought to your table - not the number called out.
Also, this McDonald’s does not have self serve drinks. If you want a drink or a refill, you have to go to the counter. I greatly dislike that self serve drinks are being removed. Super inconvenient and employees hate getting drink refills or following requests in the order (like extra ice).

What a disaster! It was 530pm, there were just a few cars parked out front. I was surprised, I figured picking up my app order would be fast. The drive up service had 7 maybe 8 cars waiting to order or pickup. I waited and waited, it took almost 20 minutes to find out the latte machine was being cleaned and what other beverage did I want. I didn’t want cold food or coffee and insisted on my money back. Save you time and money. I’ll go to the Mickey d’s on Lindbergh, it’s just as close to my house in the other direction.

People in the drive thru at Crestwood are rude and unfriendly. They act like they hate their job and you're bothering them. Nothing worse. The fries were perfect and probably the best I've ever had. Grease was clean and not old, they were hot and just right. Perfect

Very poor customer service. They may be understaffed, I'm not sure, but the people they have working do not seem happy to be there and are very short or just straight rude. The food takes forever to come out and most of the time it is not fresh. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Somehow this is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes (got in line at 5:45, reached the first window at 6:10). Impressively poor efficiency.

Fountain soda machine was down, sat for 11 minutes waiting for the food that I ordered, not only did I not get anything I ordered but I didnt get the correct drink that was ordered either. Tesson location by Butler Hill is much better
