I’ve been a loyal customer of Rich and Charlie’s for over eight years, visiting regularly (6–8 times a month), and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.
On this visit, I ordered a kid’s spaghetti, spaghetti, an adult spaghetti both with extra sauce, two chocolate martinis, and a kiddie cocktail. My total came to $49.49. Went Fri night - not good
Ordered fettuccine Alfredo with extra sauce . Didn’t get extra sauce. It was like eating paste. No extra sauce! The 3 pieces of bread was at least 2 days old left out to become a brick. Could not even bite into it. I will never return to that location on Lemay Ferry, in south county. That was $48 wasted. This is the third time I have been disappointed. Never again
