The food at this location is amazing. The service is friendly and professional. This has become one our favorite weekly restaurants. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Have been going here for almost 35 years. The food is ok. Not worth the money and can get the same thing much cheaper at a certain fast Italian food chain. The food use to be fantastic here. The chicken Parm was delicious. But the side noodle dish was very watery and the sauce was tasteless. Salad was great. So was the bread. The waitress was very slow at attending to us. May have been due to she was waiting tables all the way on the other side of the restaurant also.Parking: There is plenty of parking in the rear of the building. But, handicapped parking is terrible. They have a few spots by the door. But the way the parking lot is, it was very hard to park in the spots and very close together

Solid "St Louis" Italian spot. Big on the cream sauce, not too fond of olive oil options. Tasty. Mondo portions. Higher prices than their peers, but the portion difference makes it easier to swallow (see what I did there). 3.75 STARS.

Went there with my family after a funeral had about 15 people. They were prompt, polite, and had great service. Amazing space, soft atmosphere. Amazing food! If you're ever in the their neighborhood, stop by and see them. Very family forward, have a great wine/beer selection.

The food is okay. I like antique machines displayed. The biggest problems are the service and the kitchen. Salad comes soggy and barely any meat on sandwich. Tonight we cut the bread in half and moved the meat all the way over, salad wasn't packed to go so that would have meant a drive back. The pastas are usually fine. When in the restaurant the servers are responsive, the kitchen staff are to blame. This is the worst run Rich and Charlie's in STL and it shouldn't be.

This was one of my many vist there, I won't be back . The Tall blonde waitress I had was very rude I asked for water with lemon. When she only had 2 small lemons I asked could I have a few more lemons? She said "It's a up charge ". Then I ordered Chicken mudega then I said could I have white pasta instead of red." It's a up charge" Well when she came back to my table I told her to cancel my order. I paid the very expensive price for the small salad that had not one artichoke in it and left then I went to Joe bacardi's and had a delicious dinner of the same dish which was much nicer. It had two full chicken breasts and I enjoyed my meal immensely and I went home and fed my kitties. I suggest you stop going to cheap, Rich and Charlie's and try Joe Bacardi's because their food is much better.

Last night we went to Rich & Charlie's on Watson Rd for dinner. We were very disappointed and it felt like we just threw our money away. Service started good and our order was placed accurately. My wife and I were sharing a pasta because usually it is a large order. We were given a second plate so we could split it but were given what I would call a saucer plate. We asked another waitress for a bigger plate and was given the exact same dish. The pasta was lukewarm and more like a soup with few noodles. We decided not to tell our waiter because we never saw him again until we received the bill. For a restaurant that used to have a high quality reputation we would not recommend.
