I returned to Bristol for my birthday along with 3 friends who had never dined there. Our server was Calvin and he was outstanding. His cocktail recommendation for the smoked Old Fashion and a signature mocktail were spot on. 3 of us had the mixed grilll and another had the Maple Plank Salmon. Every bite of the food was delcious. I cannot wait to return - maybe for brunch next time!

This is my second time here. The first time I visited I remembered that the food was excellent, so I recommended a birthday brunch here. Everyone was impressed with the food. They have a good selection to choose from. Something for everyone. Everything was cooked to perfection and seasoned. The staff made sure everything was stocked and running smoothly. Shout out to our waiter Calvin who was very attentive. We didn't need to wait for anything because we was so proactive. He made sure out overall experience was one to remember. He answered all our questions and made sure our table was clean and everyone had their drinks.

We booked for my mother's birthday who was in from out of town. They set up a private room and had a nice Happy Birthday note waiting on the table :). Our server John was AMAZING and the food was flawless and delicious per usual!! I would highly recommend coming here for important celebratory events!!!

The waitress we had was very good. She knew the menu and was very attentive. The atmosphere is fantastic, very old school charm which my husband and I love, dark wood and well furnished. However, the food does not match the service and atmosphere. The presentation is sloppy and I found that everything tasted the same. Very little seasoning and appeared drained of color. In fact I didn't even want to finish the seafood mixed grill that I ordered because it sat on my stomach like a rock. It was the first thing I had eaten all day and we had reservations for 6:00 PM. If they could improve the food it would be a great place.

At 65 I think we had the best service and waiter that I've ever had tonight at Bristol's on Olive Blvd tonight. Thank you Calvin for the wonderful experience! It's not often that you feel like you made a friend with your server. Professional, engaging and just enjoyable to be around. Highly recommend Calvin and Bristol's. Cheers.

The food was good and the waitress was friendly and nice. However, the services (serving food and paying bill) was very slow - might be due to a busy Friday night.

Service and drinks were excellent. Should've skipped the brunch and had more drinks lol. Very mediocre. Could've used 2 omlette dudes. Food was old skool Ponderosa buffet style. Nothing really stood out. Several things weren't fresh and just unthawed or pre-made. The seafood bar was fab!

The dining was equally fabulous. Our server was attentive and provided excellent service, while the food was both fresh and flavorful. I especially enjoyed the fresh fish dish and the street corn. For dessert, I highly recommend the carrot cake—it’s decadent and delicious.
The atmosphere is beautiful and versatile, making it perfect for a business dinner, a romantic night out, or a celebration.
