Our Thanksgiving meal was amazing and truly exceeded expectations in terms of food quality. Regrettably, the service was dismal and ruined the overall experience. We saw our waiter only two times. We were never offered rolls, and I literally had to chase down a staff member just to get two. To make matters worse, our waiter brought the bill and bid us farewell, despite us not being finished and still waiting for our dessert. Also, the bathrooms were in terrible shape.

We were promptly seated. The food was delicious. There was a great variety. Joan was very attentive. Ashley made sure we had everything we needed. Because of Ashley we have made the the decision to do brunch at Bristol's more often. She was very charming.

I returned to Bristol for my birthday along with 3 friends who had never dined there. Our server was Calvin and he was outstanding. His cocktail recommendation for the smoked Old Fashion and a signature mocktail were spot on. 3 of us had the mixed grilll and another had the Maple Plank Salmon. Every bite of the food was delcious. I cannot wait to return - maybe for brunch next time!
