I placed an order for pickup around 6:10 for pick up at 6:30. It was a kids meal and five tenders but when I arrived there was still an additional 25 minutes to wait. On top of the lady coming back 10 minutes after I checked in to tell me she didn’t even see my name, had to pull up the email for her to respond with “Ok”. Time management doesn’t seem to be ideal at this location and neither is customer service half the time.
My wifes patty melt was dry and hard to bite through. I ordered traditional wings and was served boneless. We dont complain for fear of retaliation behind the walls. Everyone on the staff acted like they didn't want to be there. Nobody had a smile. Nobody acted happy. The bartender yelled at one of the servers in front of us. He was obviously in a bad mood from the moment we sat down at the bar. It's a shame. Because I like this place. This place can be better. BWW needs...
Cynn was a fantastic server. She was very polite and helpful with anything I needed and I did not have to ask her to get any drink refills. She had them out for me before I had to ask. The wings were great. I would definitely recommend this location of Buffalo Wild Wings if you are in the area.
