I was very weary about going to this location because of bad past experiences. The crew that was working tonight was amazing. The guy working the drive thru was extremely kind and had great energy. The food was fresh and hot as well! Thank you for restoring my faith!

I love going to new locations to check out the food and service and I'm disappointed in this one. It was 3.5 miles the opposite direction of my house from work, making it about 8 miles away from home. I came here even though there is a burger king 1.5 miles away from my house and I will not be coming back. After placing the order it took me 15 minutes to get there, fully expecting it to be ready, had to wait another 10 minutes for 2 burgers, not even meals and one of the burgers were wrong, they gave me the correct one and I left. Not gonna be going out of my way to come back here again.

I do not recommend anyone to eat here.last weekend i ordered food and it was cold and old,dry as a bone believed it was leftover from previous day. We end up throwing a in trash. Last time Burger king would receive my money. This place sucks.

Best Burger King I've been to in a while. The workers acknowledge and greet each customer as they enter the door and exit. They are attentive to the customer making sure you know they are there to help you with whatever you need, whether it's placing an order or just answering a question. I made sure to review this restaurant because I was working and I was so tired I needed a break and needed to get lunch and my mind was all over the place. But they helped me focus I placed my ever so small order because they no longer had the melts on the menu which is what I actually wanted. But I was happy with my burger because they usually put too much or too little ketchup or mustard on my burgers and theirs was perfect. I got to eat mess free and finish working without all the adding or taking off I usually have to do, loved that thank you. The extra hot fries were the best as well. Another thing is their bathroom was very clean as was the restaurant itself which is something that most of the Burger King restaurants do well anyway. But the helpful, greeting, and acknowledging staff are my winners they made my visit whatever I asked was given without any hesitation or attitude as I get from some. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area, they have the best staff ever.
I ordered 2 #5. Both w- cheese 1 no onion 1 extra onion. With 6 ketchup packet(since you have to pay for them) 1st off. No ketchup in bag! Both sandwiches hand 1 sliver of onion. The one supposed to get extra onion had no cheese. And the buns were stale. Fries were good.. I mean how hard can it be to make a correct order? There was no one in front of us and only 1 behind! So it wasn't a were slammed issue!!!

I want to highlight an employee who worked the night of January 17th by the name of Darrin. Darrin was super friendly, helpful and extremely professional. It honestly improved my experience at Burger King because of his upbeat and positive attitude. Everything from the professional service, the super hot food, and good vibes. I'd be more than happy to continue to stop at this restaurant whenever I'm in the area. Thanks again Darrin! You were great! If you aren't a manager, you should be!
The employees are sorcerers. Somehow the left half of my bun was stale and firm, the right side of my bun and the entire bottom bun were soft like normal. Employees were blaring their own music (which was inappropriate rap) at the same volume as the lobby music, almost had a brain aneurysm. Fries were hot and fresh onion rings were soggy and cold. The guy who said this store was a gamble, my whole meal was a gamble.
Kid-friendliness: 50/50 crowns but employee music Included slurs.
Wheelchair accessibility: I don't remember using stairs so we good.

This review is for the second-shift only as they make this franchise location great (the first-shift is okay). Second-shift is very respectful and polite while auto-correcting problems better than e-digital smart cloud technology Google. There was one time second-shift made a mistake (things happen) and without me having to explain anything, they corrected the problem correctly, respectfully, and awesomely. One worker even looked me in the eyes while apologizing for the mistake (these days, people lack such social skills and respect).
