NIGHTMARE. Could not order a simple 3 topping pizza inside restaurant for takeout. Attendant did not know how to place order. Manager kept adding incorrect toppings which overcharged. $32.95 for a three topping 14 inch pizza is ridiculous. Took home pizza , my wife and I each took one bite and thru in trash. Any frozen pizza would have been better. Tough, dry, inedible. Sad.

I really feel bad for the people working there. We put in an order. There were three of them and there were about seven people waiting to see if their takeout. But there was nobody there to attend to the line. Finally, I asked one of the people busy chopping salads if maybe my order was ready. She said probably they’re still working on it but finally somebody did check in there was my pizza sitting there getting cold. The people there are terrific. They’re working exceedingly hard. The place is attracting way too much business for the number of people that they have working. So they either need to stop accepting takeout orders or do something if they can’t meet the demand which then makes people upset. This is a management and demand problem with inadequate staff. Do not blame the staff I could see they were working really really hard but either close the location and combine staff at a different location so that the service can be met or get more people. Or I hate to say it if you own a business then the owner should be in there doing the job.

I had a salad and some pick up stix. Amazing! The guy that took the order was very kind and even suggested the sticks because I told told him no pork. He later came around to check on us, and how the food was also bringing to-go boxes, and told us where they were for next time. Some of The Watts Team Realtors enjoyed lunch and next time the whole team may be able to join. Thank you sir for your kindness and attentiveness.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, every dish was full of flavor and clearly made with care… The menu had plenty of variety, which made it easy to find something... On top of that, the customer service was top-notch… The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt taken care of from start to finish… The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal or a special night out… Highly recommend!

The food was quite tasty. Service less desirable — around dinnertime on a Sunday we had to wait at the counter to order for quite some time, and then they actually didn’t properly send the order over to the person at checkout so it had to be re-entered again.

The place was dead aside from one other table that looked to already be served, but our group of five couldn’t find a place to sit because EVERY booth or table that could fit us was filthy with old food and dirty dishes. There was one that was ostensibly ready but it still had crumbs all over it so we had to sweep it off with our plastic number cards to have it usable.

Don’t know if they were short staffed or what. I’d probably go back, but only to a different location. It was absolutely filthy — see my first picture, but extend that to every similar table in the entire restaurant and you’ll get the idea.

My youngest, age 27, is addicted to this place. I treated her on the 13th of June & she lives far from the place yet had eaten there 2x before my return from a cruise. So 3 times in 9 days😳
She lives in Bethalto, IL yet goes to Olive near 270 for soup&salad combo.😂 That speaks volumes for my picky eater.
