“I went in today around 8:30pm and the line was about halfway through the store. I saw these 3 blonde boys who seemed to be pretty good friends but they were trying their hardest to get everyone served but this short girl with curly hair came out in uniform from the back who seemed to be on the phone with one her friends laughing and carrying on and didnt help them at all with serving the line of customers. But I would like to note that even though they were having fun they were working hard.“

“Yum!!!! We were in town for a medical appointment and found this restaurant while looking for a place to eat lunch. The paninis are great!! Good sized sandwich and it came with chips and a cinnamon croissant. The pastries and cakes look fantastic, and the menu of sandwiches, paninis, pizza, salads and breakfast is extensive. We were very pleased, and if we have to come back to St. Louis for more medical treatment we will definitely eat here again.“

“Bosnian bakery, Home to some of the freshest and most delicious lepinja pitas I’ve ever had. You really need to get there early before the bread is sold out. Sometimes I’ve gone at 6:45-7am to find out they are already out. It’s a stunning sight to occasionally see the hot fresh bread on the sidewalk being loaded into vans, destined for local bakeries and stores“

When hearing me ask for that the gal in the front of the shop went to the back and they made me one specially. I didn't make a big deal or say anything but it was my birthday and this made my day! “Cold Stone Creamery is easily one of my favorite dessert spots, not just because of the incredible ice cream but because of the amazing staff that truly make it a standout experience. There’s a tall African American man and a blonde woman who work there, and they’re both so kind and welcoming every single time I visit.

The man is especially impressive—he remembers both my order and my boyfriend’s without us even having to say anything! It’s such a small thing, but it really makes the experience feel personal and special. He’ll greet us like old friends, asking, “The usual?” with a smile, and it genuinely makes my day. The blonde woman is just as warm and friendly, always making sure everything is perfect and taking the time to chat while preparing orders.

The way they treat customers is unmatched. It’s not just about serving ice cream—it’s clear they care about creating a welcoming, enjoyable experience. It’s rare to find such thoughtful and attentive customer service, and it’s one of the reasons Cold Stone has become a go-to spot for me.
