This place is unreal. Everyone cleaned their plates. All food was amazing! Even the kiddos ate everything.

The worst experience ever! Put our names on the waitlist and were told it would be a 5 minute wait. After 15 minutes of waiting outside for the text that our outside table was ready, my husband went inside to find out they called his name and seated other people with the same name and never texted our phone for seating. We waited 15 minutes for a server to come out get our drink and food order. He wore black rubber gloves. Waited another 15 minutes for our food to arrive. I asked for crispy French Toast and received soggy French Toast.
The server never came back to our table one time to ask how our food was or if I needed a refill on my iced tea.things were. I asked another server who was taking care of different tables.to ask a different server. That server was very friendly and had a happy face on at least. I received my refill in 5 minutes and I thanked him because that’s what I expected.
15 minutes later our server came out to help another person and we asked for our check. He said he would be right back with the check and never came back. My husband then went inside to pay the bill and they had no record of our check whatsoever. He didn’t even see our server anywhere inside! My hubby had to tell the person at the register what we had to eat in order to pay our bill. This resulted in absolutely no tip, and we are very generous tippers. We will never go back to any First Watch again! I realize a lot of restaurants have issues with not enough employees, but it would have been much better if he would have told us up front if that was the issue.

Had arguably the best breakfast tacos I’ve ever had. Great crunch and flavor. The juices taste just as good as they look. Christine my waitress also did an exceptional job.

Kale tonic usually really good was terrible got an omelet with bacon n avocado and avocado is not fresh this is the second time ordering from this location just really changes your opinion on first watch and ingredients are typically fresh foods
