I ordered several different meals from them. I am very impressed. Each meal I ordered has been two meals for me. They even threw in a couple of extra meals for free. Delivery was super fast! The plantsagna and the Santa Fe enchiladas are my absolute favorites so far. Will definitely be ordering again soon!
Good variety of plant based foods. Some food for immediate consumption and larger frozen meals that are good frozen for a few months. Microwave safe containers and microwaves to warm up food. There are a couple of places to sit if you'd like to eat there. Nice workers to help you.

I've decided to eat Fred and Ricky's for lunch at work Monday through Friday. I look forward to lunch when I know I have something from F&R's. Yes, it's cheaper to bring a lunch, but I'm lazy and blow it off most of the time. Then I go out to eat and spend just as much on unhealthy food. If I do bring my lunch, I don't look forward to eating it because it's not as good. Regardless, 5 meals from F&R's a week is much cheaper than Heart Surgery due to poor diet!!!
