All I did was order a large shake, I waited in line patiently to correct my ticket because they charged me for a large and gave me a baby cup. Then the young man at the counter looks at me and told me " we're busy I'm sorry" and then proceeded to take orders instead of helping me correct his mistake. I wish customer service was as mandatory as it used to be. This ruined my opinion of this location don't go here

Twice in a row I’ve ordered a patty melt combo, BOTH times I’ve asked for no onions. I double checked my door dash order page, AND THE RECEIPT ON THE BAG, both times they both showed REMOVE ONIONS. Does the staff there read the orders?? What is this, a Steak N’ Shake???

Absolute terrible to go pickup. Ordered our food and picked it up. Got it home and found that our large fry and large cheese curd were missing almost half of what they should have been. And they put our burgers at the bottom of the bag and stacked everything else ontop of it which smashed our burgers.
Just don’t even bother ordering cheese sauce because this is the 4th time they forgot it. I called when I placed my order to ask them to double check it makes it in the bag and behold no cheese sauce. I called, they not only called my a liar over the phone but accused the delivery person of stealing it. Last time I will be eating from this place

Ordered take out towards the end of the day, patty melt and cheese fries... Well, fries cheese because they were drowned in the sauce. The patty melt with it's generous pile of burnt onions was mostly torn in half, folded and slammed into a box. I say mostly because the the durable, leather-like qualities of the patties made them more than capable of weathering the onslaught. The shake was alright.

While drinking my shake I kept getting small pieces of plastic come through my straw. Very horrifying. I also ordered a double patty burger and only received and charged for a single. The fries seemed as if they were days old. Everything being cold and seemingly old.

Very clean place to eat at. Disappointed that we came to dine in and couldn’t get the new shake past 9pm because they crew put the chocolate away, and they close at 10pm.

Waited 30 minutes for a burger, fries, soda, and shake. Food came out cold and needed to be remade. Orders sit out for extended periods of time, including custard. Glaring lack of management. (Delivery driver)
Update: An hour later and I still don't have food or drink. Orders placed in the last 5 minutes are being served. My order is nowhere to be seen.
UPDATE 2: 30 minutes after requesting the food be remade, I am informed that the kitchen just restarted the order.
Big change is needed at this location.

There were several things wrong with my order. A whole sandwich was missing and I didn't even notice because there was an even more egregious error. One of the concretes I ordered was supposed to have no cherries due to a cherry allergy. It had a cherry. No biggie. I wasn't upset about that. I let them know that it wasn't supposed to have the cherry and it wasn't just a preference, it was a legitimate health concern due to said allergy. Instead of replacing the concrete, it was very clear that they just took the whipped cream and cherry off and put new whipped cream. Even that would've fine if they had given it a new top. They used the same top! Additionally, they no longer label the custard orders that go in the freezer for pickup. This can become confusing when there are multiple orders in the freezer and you have to get your order based on what you think it will look like. I haven't been to this location in a while, but they used to put 2 or more drinks/custards in a drink carrier and my name on the order. I think having a drink carrier for 3 or more drinks is common sense. Very disappointed. Also, the reason I haven't been to this location in a while is because the custard is always soupy at this location and, apparently that still is the case. There was nothing "concrete" about those concretes I ordered.

Door says restaurant is open until 10pm. My bf had a long shift at work and arrived to grab food at 9:45. Pulled on doors and they were locked, employees just stared at us. We’re going to Wendy’s.
