Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Horrible waited 30 min without our food had to ask where are food was when others that ordered after got before us and that’s when we asked and they had no idea where that order was and kept staring at us… we asked for a refund since it was 50$ and they had no idea what was going so good ole manager Danielle was rude and snippy and acted like we were the issue no the way you run your store is an issue and we will never be back shame on you!

My first time in and what a disappointment. I ordered a burger with everything on it and received a sad looking burger with mustard and pickles. The burger looked like someone sat on it before tossing it in the bag. There was more mustard on the top of the bun than on the burger. Fries were marginal at best. Not sure what all the hype is...maybe a different location would produce better results.

I ordered the dirt and worms sundae and they gave me an oreo sundae. I ordered ketchup on my burger and on the side and there was np ketchup in the entire order. Terrible service.

Worst experience ever had. Order completely wrong, order lettuce & tomato, got pickle and mustard. Never got the shake I ordered. The workers had no clue how to take orders. Will never visit again.

I haven't had Freddy's since Joplin MO. That was 9 years ago. I was not disappointed. I do love Freddy's custard!! Amazing!!

Went to Freddy’s craving that sweet, sweet concrete custard. You know, the kind that’s supposed to be so thick it challenges your spoon to a duel. Instead, what we got were… milkshakes. All of them. Every last “concrete” sundae we ordered showed up looking like they just gave up on life halfway through the freezer.

We’re talking soup-level consistency. I’ve seen water with more structural integrity. One even had the audacity to slosh around in the cup like it was practicing for its role as a latte.

I asked for concrete, not a custard puddle. Freddy, buddy, if I wanted a shake, I would’ve just ordered one and saved myself the emotional whiplash.

The flavor? Decent. But the experience? Like biting into a cookie expecting chocolate chips and getting raisins. Disappointing betrayal.

Please fix your freeze game, Freddy. We believe in you.

I don't know if all Freddy's are just awesome,but this one was no different. The food was hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I'm having Freddy's tonight. My boyfriend is on his way to get it now lol💎

This was my first time ever trying a Freddy's. The soda machine was broken, but they more than made up for it. The team had bought like fifteen 12 packs of soda so they could give them to customers, and the ice in the soda machine still worked so it was no issues to the customer. Their service was very friendly and there was barely any wait. Definitely recommend this place!
