I've had BBQ all over America and this is the best smoked chicken I've ever had! The flavor is out of this world the portions are generous the food is hot and fresh! The dinner arrangement is clean the staff is beautiful and friendly also helpful with the menu. Quick service even when it's busy. Come eat here you'll regret it if you don't. Tell them Gil Sent me.

Terrible Customer Service!! You never know when, what time or if this place will be open!!! It’s sad! They say they open at noon you get there they’re either not open or there’s a sign saying opening at 1 pm!!! People are coming on their lunch breaks!! People are coming from the city! Have consideration for your customers!!!!! Are have A website informing your customers of the delays!! This happens ALL THE TIME!! They are opened 4 days a week and opens late 4 days a week!!! Or don’t open at all just Sad service! But the food is good.

Was recommended to this place by locals. Here visiting for SDA General Conference. Attempted to call before driving over - there was no answer. Took the drive anyway because the website says open until 6 on Sunday (July 6). Upon arrival, there was a sign on the door stating that the restaurant is closed July 6-10. That's fine. But the fact there were two people inside looking out and not even willing to address us is certainly questionable service.

I don't know if there's a better chicken sandwich in St Louis.

Fresh, flavorful tomatoes. A pretzel bun that sits back and doesn't overpower the chicken. Provolone that does not un-crisp that perfect breading.

Their cauliflower is also fresh and tasty and very worth getting. Phenomenal meal.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Not enough employees to handle large orders me and a few coworkers ordered from them At 12:30 when they open surprised that we got an answer on the phone to pre-order when we got there to pick it up. The people in the front had a attitude about how many orders we had is that we should have just separated our order ourselves. I sent on the cake was when we got there. The order still wasn’t ready. We also had one whole meal missing in which the older lady in the front was trying to argue with us that we wasn’t missing anything we had to drive 20 minutes back up there to get our food in which the owner said he sold my plate so we had to wait for another one to be made. The plate was thrown together and I still did not get what I asked for. I ended up just leaving out of frustration. It’s just horrible how you try to support your own people and want to see them win but they treat you like it’s a privilege for you to shop with them. no lies the food is delicious but I hands-down will never shop with this business again because I am big on customer service and where I spend my money. The orders were placed way before the business was open, so there’s no reason why our food should not have been ready. We basically got accused of stealing a plate even though everything was paid for they just forgot to pack the food up and send it off and then when we drove back up there, the food was thrown together and not what we had paid for highly disappointed

When I say they never answer the phone I mean never!!!!!! In the past month i've been here twice and each time there was a hand written note on the door that said they were opening at a different time. When I tell you that you waste gas money driving out here if you don't stay close. I gave a 4 star because when I got the chance to eat here the food was delicious and the turkey tips are the best. The girl at the counter on Sundays is nice and polite.

The wing were very good. I had to wait 20 minutes for my corn on the cob as the server stated and when received, it was so overcooked, it was inedible.
