I ordered the Fried Lobster ravioli as an appetizer. Out of all the things that I ordered, this was the best seasoned and it was actually pretty good. Never had anything like it.For my meal, I ordered the Special Jambalaya. Did not like it at all. It was watery and was rather bland. Definitely not what I'm used to when it comes to Jambalaya. My two sides were greenbeans and cheesy grits and they were just as disappointing. Bland as well.My service was good and the atmosphere was pretty neat. I just was not satisfied with my food options. So if you try them out, for the entrees, I would choose something else.

always a great meal, reasonable prices and always a drink special! Harry really knows how to do this upright. It's a seafood, gumbo, all around great restaurant. If you're interested in those types of great things, including fried clams, fish tacos, and crab, I highly recommend it !

First time here so my expectations were high. Market Price Meals: bring the credit card or go on payday. Black and White patrons eating in harmony in this triggered world we find ourselves in plus the humble man I thought to be the busser turned out to be the owner: Harry. Service was ultra fast after deciding on what to indulge in; Cajun Seafood, it don’t get better than that!

Food is way overpriced and pretty mediocre. Service was good. It's just the food. The shrimp is really bad. Grouper taco was good though

Long time dinner fav with central-ish county location, good service and wide selection of good seafood. Tuesday we were treated to live but venue-appropriate live music. Great experience.

Excellent! Great selection of exquisite food you cannot find anywhere else in St. Louis. Owner and staff really care and it shows in every detail. Shrimp and grits was amazing and jambalaya is the best I have ever had. And don't forget dessert. Beignets are better than you will find in New Orleans!!

My husband and I ate here a number of years ago and enjoyed it. For some unknown reason, we never went back. Last night, we decided to go back. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy it so much this time. We had about a 20 minute wait, which was fine. The hostess was seating people, taking down names, and cleaning off tables so she was constantly running around. The place definitely has a New Orleans vibe - to the point of being a bit kitschy. It was also kind of dirty. Our server was nice, but not great. It wasn't that he was necessarily inattentive, but it took a bit too long to receive anything we asked for - like the check. The food was mediocre. My coconut shrimp was overcooked. My husband's fried oysters were good, but could have been crisper. We don't plan on returning.

Restaurant could be much cleaner especially the bathroom. Service was decent but unorganized, food was horrible. For a Cajun restaurant, the fried shrimp lacked flavor and the lobster/scallop/shrimp ravioli was tasteless and I would rate it store bought. I was disappointed and the price was not worth my take out visit at all. ?
