Roast beef sandwich has 1/2 the meat, it’s supposed to have 5oz, but you only get 2.6 Staff is entitled to bring their “at home on the couch” attitude when asked about it. Either a malicious mistake or a very stupid one , but either way you only get half of what you pay for

Couldn’t even make sure my dressing was in the bag…spoke to Avery.. they only wanted to refunded the dressing, pressed further got a full refund on my order. Make sure you have all your stuff if you order from here. Will be watching my account to make sure I get my refund.

I usually don’t write reviews for chain restaurants like IMOs Pizza, but when I experience exceptional customer service, I feel it’s important to recognize it. The staff at this location went above and beyond — they were consistently polite, respectful, and genuinely kind.
Every team member approached us with a smile, kindly interacted with my child, and made sure we were comfortable. They even helped set up the tables to give us more space for our order, which was incredibly thoughtful. Although everything was easily self-serve, they still came by to ask if we needed anything — a small gesture that made a big impact.
The pizza and mozzarella sticks were absolutely delicious and freshly made. This visit was a great reminder that excellent service can elevate a simple meal into a memorable experience.

I saw some negative reviews, but experienced the opposite. Three of us dined in there yesterday at lunch. We had 8 inch, 10 inch and 14 inch pizzas plus 2 servings of garlic cheese bread. We all agreed, our pizzas were delicious. The dining area was immaculate and the server was courteous. The food was all prepared to perfection. Those of us eating ranged in age from 20 to 80. I heartily recommend IMO’s and especially this location.

Ordered extra cheese sausage and bacon 14 inch. Took forever and pizza was burnt. Sweet tasted like it was three days old and order taker was clueless. Manager wanted to argue. I love IMO’s just not this location. Floor mats were fold laying next to drink machine.

Awful service! Ordered food at the hospital from giving birth! And it looks like my food was gotten into. No refund, no replacement, because the driver already cashed out and didn’t want to deliver again.
