The last 3 times we gave this place a chance there has been at least 1/4 to 1/2 cup of mayo on our sandwiches despite asking for very little mayo. Most recently, more mayo than meat and toppings. I wish I was exaggerating. but i got a regular sized hot sub and scooped off the mayo with a spoon. it filled my kitchen 1/2 cup measuring cup. I’m so disgusted. It’s like they do it on purpose when you ask for less mayo.

Been here multiple times always good service unfortunately this time got my order wrong which is not a big deal. I ate my sandwich anyway, but then I did make the comment that when you do open the bag of chips not their fault. It’s only half full. what a rip off. I wish Jersey Mike’s would get better chips with full bags.
Otherwise, big fan of the iced tea. Everything else is wonderful. Keep doing what you’re doing.

Never again. Ordered online and waited an additional 15 minutes to be safe after reading reviews. The order wasn't even started until an additional 15 minutes after I arrived. The older man working is beyond unprofessional and SLOW. Talks more than he works. On top of being nearly an hour past the promised pickup time (during a slow night), the order was not correct.

I am a frequent customer at this location, and I believe the staff here does an outstanding job. I came in for lunch today, and they were as busy as I have seen them. Despite that fact, they were professional, kept the line moving, and deserve a tip of the cap. Always a great sandwich, even better service.

First time I have eaten at Jersey Mike's and it was delicious. Service was fast and friendly.
I placed an online order at 7:49pm, I purposely drove around for an extended period of time just to give them an adequate amount of time to prepare the order. I ordered two giant subs and some cookies, something very simple. I arrived at the location at 8:15 pm. The place was packed with people just waiting on food. One of the workers gave away free food, literally stopped making paying customers orders to give a lady food that said “give me anything you got, I don’t have all day.” To which the employee replied “it’s on the house”. Managers/supervisors walking around on the phone not assisting team members clear out the rush. An hour had went past since I placed my order, it legit was close to closing time and people were still waiting on food. I ended up leaving with a refund and a hungry stomach. It was just a very unpleasant experience all around, and I frequent at this location often and never had a terrible experience until now.

When I go in, it's like one employee making sandwiches, working the register, handing online orders, and answering questions. Then, there are four other employees just standing there talking to each other. I don't get it. It's a sandwich, what could possibly take so long?

This location takes forever. I placed an order online and still had to wait over 30 minutes for my one sandwich. Food is good but how it takes 30 minutes to make one sandwich is crazy. Everyone there was waiting a long time. They need more than 3 people working at a time during lunch.
