Great neighborhood happy hour place with a very nice bar area. Inexpensive drinks and cheap happy hour tacos make for a relaxed afternoon after getting off work. The restaurant's food is okay but not grand, but the true attraction is the huge salsa buckets with a half dozen variety. So if you love salsa, go and try them all!
The tequitos are great! A good spicey flavor on the chicken and they are not fried hard. The salsa bar has some very flavorful choices! The happy hour menu is not as good as it used to be! It is all appitizer food now.

This is a fluctuating 3.5 for me only because the queso was extremely disappointing. I mean how can you mess up queso :( They also forgot my salsa with my to go order so I guess I'm eating plain chips for the night. I will say, however, the carnitas tacos were superb. Filled with guacamole, meat and toppings. Probably one of the better tacos I've had in St. Louis... but of course then I get to the rice and beans portion of my platter and it's just so bland and dry. The rice definitely...read full review
