I spent $50. They forgot the Au-Jus for my sandwich, the dressing for my salad, and the chips for my wife’s sandwich. They also did not include pickles for both sandwiches even though I selected pickles when I ordered. Beware!

Went in to grab a quick lunch for myself and my colleague and had to wait for the drawer? I proceeded to wait a good 10 mins and finally asked if it was going to be much longer he said he didn't know and went to ask. He came back and asked if I could pay with the card, but I brought cash... Unfortunate, because I really wanted a nice chili and cheese potato. Will go to different location if I try again. Horrible.

First time visiting and loved it. Wish I could refill my own drink over waiting for a worker to help me. Got the sweet and savory chicken and OMG that was good. Wish it was bigger, lol. Whole family loved their meals and was under $70 (2 kids meals). Very nice patio to eat at and cooler then the inside.

The absolutely best food for the cost you can purchase, everything tastes amazing, sets great and is perfectly priced especially if you use the app to order and get the Tea Pass to remove the cost of the drink to the total meal.
Some stores have better decor (Des Peres) some have better food quality (O'Fallon) or better service (Creve Coeur) then you have stores that should be closed due to doing none of them well (Maplewood). That said Macalisters is overlooked too much and everyone should give sitting outside and eating a Choose two a second chance, you are missing out.
That said the Corporate office needs to update the app to be less annoying and faster to order with saved favorite meals and more than one saved favorite location that doesn't harass you every time you choose a different location. Minimize the clicks.

Came in for a pick up order and some lady was screaming and acting like a toddler to their staff because the wait was going to be longer than she wanted. The staff stayed very calm and composed even though it was obvious she was trying to make a big scene and provoke them. To be fair they do need to change their pick up time estimations to make them longer sometimes but this customer’s reaction was so inappropriate, over the top, and entitled, I don’t think I would’ve been able to stay as calm and kind as the staff was to her.
