Did take out here today for lunch and it was literally SO slow! First off, lady at the cashier didn't even see me standing there because she was zoned out facing the other way. Finally notices me and takes the order. I then wait almost 25 minutes before I bug a guy at the counter since I still don't have my takeout order! It appeared it was never even entered into the kitchen or they were just blowing off time. How on earth does it take 30 minutes for a cup of soup and a cheese potato?! Some people don't have all day to wait! Staff looked completely miserable and they were SO slow. I literally saw like 10 orders pile up at the counter and they were not moving fast enough to get them to people. One of the guys was delivering 1 order at at time to each table and he was moving SO slow. I could have literally gone up there and delivered all of those orders to tables in the time that he moved 1 of them. I would avoid this location unless you have hours to waste. I have been to the South County and Maplewood locations; both of them are speedy fast.

First off-pretty sure the heat was out and there were no signs stating that. It was realized after we ordered. Next up-the salad was terrible. I understand they are known for sandwiches but I don't eat bread. The veggies in the salad were so squishy and the cucumber was very discolored, barely any chicken. I would have said something but I was just cold and wanted to get out of there. I would have given one star but the second star was for the nice employees.

Food was great and staff were super friendly! Unfortunately the no heating yesterday made dining in impossible. It was freezing in there and I don't understand how the staff even put up with it. Management needs to get on that!!!

My wife and I dined in for lunch earlier today and were appalled the restaurant was operating with no heat in the building. I could hear the workers in the back sniffing. Everyone is gonna get sick working in those conditions.Parking: Easy parking.

Ordered Roastbeef sandwich-one half hardly had meat. Other half not much. Threw away half the bread. Mac and cheese containers half full. Several coworkers ordered same thing. All the same portions. Chicken tortilla soup had 2 Small pieces of chicken. Never had a problem in the past but this is first time buying since covid started.
