Word from the wise, it's better to go to the one in Maryland Heights. It's always something with this store. Sometimes it's a 20 minute wait when there's only 3 cars. About a third of the time they just give you the wrong order. This week I ordered 2 sausage mcmuffins with egg, but instead got some kind of bland chicken and waffle sandwiches. I didn't notice until I was already home and it was after 10:30am.

Waited 15 for fries. They tell me to park, it’ll be 3 minutes. 15pass and I come in. EVERYBODY on their phones when I walk in. “Oh, we forgot”. Didn’t even offer me a drink for that long wait.

Upper management needs to check their drive thru time. I placed an order on the app for breakfast and there was one car in front of me and the inside was fairly empty and still waited damn near 15 mins for two items.

Drive thru always takes 45 minutes at minimum and they forget food almost every order. Ordered a $5 meal (burger, fries, chicken nuggets, soda) and asked 1 barbecue and 3 honey mustard. only got the fries, chicken nuggets soda, and 5 barbecue. Multiple occasions, same result.

This was the first place I went to in search of something that may taste good and familiar because I am undergoing chemo. I don’t know how I’m today’s times this can still be happening, but it does every single time that my food is cold as can be. Who wants to eat a cold hamburger?? No one that’s who. Needless to say this food went in the trash and my stomach remained hungry. The apple pie I ordered was not there to get so I had to fight for a refund for that. I long for the day someone changes the way these restaurants serve us crappy food like we are dogs.
