I placed an order at 1130pm on Saturday 3/15/25 through the app and was told they were only doing doordash. So basically that means there is a 50/50 chance they don't want your money. Employees hanging out in parking lot being very loud. This location seems like there is not a lot of parental supervision, almost felt unsafe.

Nobody cares until we call them what’s wrong. I was waiting for my pickup in curbside pickup and they don’t even care to atleast tell that or let us know in the first place. When I called people in here has audacity to tell take it from them there or leave it. I hate the service here. It just goes downhill. Never ordering from here again.
The place had 2 workers around as I waited 30+ mins on a mobile order. Little respect

I don't like that the employees park where the patrons should park. One even parked in handicap. One star for atmosphere. Food was good and came out quick.
Parking: Employees should not park where patrons should park.
The cashier, young black man no uniform no nametag, was absolutely horrible. Did not acknowledge us, then never spoke, terrible customer service skills!

I arrived at the drive-thru lane at 3am. I proceeded to order a Double Filet-O-Fish meal and was told "It's not on the menu and we're not making that this time of the night." WHAT?! I also have a recording of her saying that with audio from my dashcam. I was starving and only wanted that meal. I guess some employees are to lazy or just don't care about the customers that want to give you money to have a meal there. Pathetic and sad yo!

ABSOLUTELY WORST. This is not a review of one bad experience but it’s consistently my least favorite location. Their lobby is constantly closed due to staffing shortages which causes long lines at drive thru. There’s just one window regardless if picking up or taking new orders. By the time you get to the window (often 20-30min), they don’t know which order is yours and your food is already cold. This is absolutely unacceptable. This location management definitely has issues they need to rectify. This franchise owner needs to pay an honest wage to attract and keep employees. Soon customers will be fed up and stop coming. Other area locations do not have such issues and their lobby is always open and have fast service. At this point, I’m willing to travel extra distance because it would actually save me time! This location service is unacceptable and not recommended.
