Aways forget something and half to go in the store to get the rest of my order.. but I like that nobody knows how to count your change when you pay cash... So at the end of the of my hectic morning breakfast I'm 10 bucks ahead.. so ba da ba ba right back to ya.. other wise you would get 1 star

My husband and I had been at the hospital late at night for a visit with a family member and when we left we decided to grab some McDonalds and when we arrived inside we were immediately greeted by a young lady who was so nice and sweet even though they were short handed! While I went to the bathroom and my husband made our drinks to go...they already had our food ready to go! She handed me the bags and said very kindly.... don't worry it is all in the bags! Now...mind you.. I don't think my husband and I ever left a McDonald's restaurants without checking our food to make sure it was all in their...I felt so comfortable with her that we didn't check...when we got back home and settled in to eat...she was right š All our food was there and hot and fresh...wish I paid more attention to her name but a very sweet lady! Idk just wanted to share with this one!

Awful Customer Service. Donāt waste your time. The woman at the window handed me my drink, told me to have a good day and then shut the window and walked away, I still was waiting for my food so I sat there for a second but she made herself busy with other stuff. Keep in mind there are more cars behind me. After getting her attention, I said āIām sorry but I also had food with my drinkā to which she rolled her eyes, gave me a sigh, and handed me my food before shutting the window again. I checked my order and there was an item missing but I honestly didnāt want to go back so I just went home. Not very adamant to return after this.

Worse Mc Donaldās ever, I paid for extra sauce and they refused to give it to me, my sweet tea is never right, taste like they donāt clean there tea pin and donāt change the bags daily, and the young girl on front counter always has an attitude

You have to give credit to the manager's training all those young people. Sometimes they make a mistake but they will correct it quickly. I enjoy the oatmeal and a cup of coffee. I recommend the McDonald's app, they send out good promotional savings. They also have free food when you accumulate points. Senior coffee at a great price and good flavor. Always meet a little group of seniors there and have a good laugh at 9am

girl how the heck did you forget the NUGGETS in a nugget meal what the heck. got my sister the grinch meal sheās been crying about and the only thing in the box was fries. no seasoning packets either. i would have checked it in the car but she specifically told me not to cause it was special. girl. what the helly.

Very upset! Went through the drive through never got great the man who started the order very rude and unprofessional in the middle of the order we had to wait 7 mins for a different man to finish the order didnāt get anything that is supposed to come with the meal so I paid extra just for some old chicken nuggets and cold fries thanks for ruining the night for the kids and I how do I get part of my money back at least?

I ordered two Big Mac's for my wife and I and I trusted for the food to be prepared properly. The burgers only had one patty in the box for both sandwiches. I called the places two times with no answer. This is frustrating.
The Lady who serviced us is very rude. She didn't listen and did not repeat what we had. We noticed it was wrong when she showed it on the board. We asked what she put and did not repeat what she put. She was very disrespectful and did not listen the entire time we were ordering.

I come here every single day just about and the hand sanitizer by the door on the parking lot side has been empty for at least a couple weeks now, have never received a receipt from any of the kiosks and half of the time there are no ketchup cups stocked either. Please do better, these little things matter.

Manager is horrible. Very loud. Screaming at employees in front of customers. Also she wanted to charge us .45 for syrup that we didn't get on the breakfast platter.
