Stopped by for the first time to have a late dinner. The menu had a lot of good sounding dishes. Hard to decide. I picked the Pasta Fresco which was very good. The noodles were a little underdone. As others have noted, they start cleaning the dining area well before closing so it was not the best atmosphere to finish eating and talk. Overall a good experience. Would eat here again.

THEY DON’T USE GLOVES!!!!
I was watching the lady make salads without washing her hands or using gloves. She was touching everything in between including the computer, people’s cards, and the trash cans. Not sanitary at all. That’s unacceptable she needs to be wearing gloves or washing her hands every time she makes a salad.

Ordered through DD, They lied and told my first dasher, "The order was already picked up." The second dasher shows up after it's been reassigned, and the order just gets canceled. I can understand it's close to closing time, but change the cutoff for online well before your actual closing time.

They clean up the place well before closing and when it approaches an hour before closing, forget paying attention to service. Things are not included in the order (like when you order a meal deal), and if you order from delivery services, they require the drivers to fill the drinks. The manager says that the drivers "forget" the cups, but I tipped extra to make sure the driver got the drink, and he was told I had none. No quality control at this location, and for the price of the meal, one would expect more.

Food tasted like a decent frozen microwave meal. If it was a microwave meal it'll be a 5/5. But as a restaurant, 2/5.
Also, the ice machine was broken and you had to self scoop your ice. Not sure that's hygienic to do...

Stop leaving NON RECYCLABLE GARBAGE at our house!! Nobody wants it. Mailman is too lazy to pay attention to numerous notifications that the person you keep sending GARBAGE to, is DEAD!! Has been for YEARS. Pay attention! If you can't follow BASIC, simple instructions, why would anyone trust you to touch their food??

I needed my tires fixed while I was out and about, but I was hungry - so I decided to make a pitstop first. As I was eating, for a second I thought I went to the tire place first instead of Noodles & Co. But sure enough, I was eating noodles lol. Like a tire, hard and rubbery --- I don't know if they weren't cooked right or what, but I figured I'd stop eating in case it ended up hurting my stomach. I wasn't going to force myself to eat something that wasn't good. Service is pretty good and the restaurant is very well kept. This just makes me miss the South County Noodles & Co branch even more. Higher taxes for lower value, I guess that's how West County does it lol. C'mon man, noodles are your specialty ... mac n' cheese is only one step up from buttered noodles. Bummed out. Also, no Dr. Pepper. ?
Wheelchair accessibility: A couple ♿️ spots with fairly maintained curb cuts. Very roomy inside with access to an outdoor patio (I didn't check if there was and exit/entrance from the patio). Pretty good! But I was more focused on the fact that somebody couldn't even nail mac n' cheese.
