I ordered through the app for pickup, and they barely put four pieces of Honey Sesame Chicken in my order. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. I really need the manager’s attention on this — very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning until this is addressed.

Food was supposed to be delivered. It never came, but was sent a text saying it was delivered. Tried calling the store 20+ times no one answers the phone. Can't even get my money back for the order that was never delivered.

I was the only person in the drive thru and ordered the Mushroom chicken with fried rice and egg rolls. At the window, the guy told me it would be about 3 minutes for the chicken to get finished. 17 minutes later, he brought it over. The egg rolls were very mushy, the peas and carrots overwhelmed the fried rice, and the zucchini they add to the mushroom chicken is extremely bitter tasting.

I came into the restaurant and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. Finally, a girl asked if I was with DoorDash. I told her no, I just wanted to place an order. She told me to wait a minute — and then disappeared.
A few minutes later, she helped someone through the drive-thru window, while another employee just stood there doing nothing. I ended up waiting another 15 minutes before anyone finally asked what I wanted to order.
This kind of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. It was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. If I were the owner, I would never allow to hire employees like the ones was working today . Very disappointing.

Placed a mobile order for 3 plates at 7:45pm, said it would be ready by 8pm. I live close by so I wasn’t worried about the timing. I arrived and it wasn’t ready yet, which was fine, but I looked around and quickly noticed about 10 other people waiting for pickup orders…..then I noticed how the employees kept serving all of the walk-in customers and not fulfilling online orders. It took 30 minutes past when my food was supposed to be ready, for them to start my online order, and only then was I told “oh, we haven’t had green bean chicken for a few days, you need to pick something else.” That is completely unacceptable. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the food was hot and fresh.

Please if you love your health, don’t go to this place. Food quality is so bad and sometimes they use leftovers and refry them and serve you. I got food poisoning after eating their food. I’d never go there again.

I went through the drive through and specifically asked for fresh food as I’m going through chemo and wanted it to taste good. Nope they gave me the oldest food out. It’s sad that not even a sick person can get decent food to sustain them. It’s very sad this is what most restaurants have come to. Wasted time and money because this junk went in the trash. Y’all ought to be ashamed to serve food like that to anyone let alone a sick person!!

Customer service was not good at all. I asked the young man for some fresh food and he told me it was fresh. He was scraping the bottom of the pan I seen with my own eyes. The food was not fresh if I would have been blind, I would have believed him and then they turned around and asked me did I wanna donate my change. No, I did not. They need to close this place down.
