If I could give 0 stars I would. Came in for honey sesame. They didn't have any so I asked how long the wait and the lady ignorantly said we not making anything else and if I wanted food I'd have to take the food they have. What was there was old and shouldn't have even been available for sale but she insisted they wouldn't make anything else atm. I eat here everyday almost for lunch and it's never been an issue before but today it's an issue. Super rude staff. I won't be returning to this location.

The food here is really good and the employees work really fast. I eat here regularly and there has never been a problem until today. While I was waiting in line, some psycho Door Dash employee started berating the workers because they weren't waiting on her fast enough and she was demanding her order immediately. I really have to complement the Panda Express employee for maintaining her calm and not calling the cops because this Door Dash woman was awful (yelling and involving the whole restaurant for no reason). I feel bad that restaurant employees have to deal with this garbage because I'm sure they don't get paid extra for managing idiotic customers.

Not as good as before. No longer have the fresh sweet and sour sauce or teriyaki sauce. All packets.. Also for $1.50 more could of got a plate but got the bowl for $8.50 plus tax with 1/3 of the food. Never getting the bowl again if i go back.. $8.50 for the bowl is more then the plate use to be last year. Now the plates at $10..

I did a pick up order online tonight (11/25/23) in hopes to save time. What a mistake!When I put in my order it said it would be ready by 806pm. I timed my drive appropriately and arrived at 807pm, although I did receive a text at 757pm stating that my order was ready for pickup. I thought I was late! But, the worker at the drive thru told me that they were still waiting on the chow mein and that it would be "a minute or two". They told me they would bring it out to my car when it was ready and had me pull up to the handicap spot.Why did I get a text at 757pm saying my order was ready if at 807pm it still was not ready? I waited in that handicapped space for 20 minutes!!! You would think this would end up being the best, most fresh chow mein ever, right? Wrong!! It was 99% cabbage and 1% noodle with the shortest most pathetic looking noodles!Worst part is that there was no attempt at reconciling the mistake. No apologies for the lack of chow mein, no asking what they could do to make up for it, no discount added... what a terrible experience!
