St. Louis Bread Co.

October 1, 2025 I went in for a bagel and it was the most delicious bagel I’ve ever had from bread co! The Asiago Cheese bagel so light and fluffy, it was so good I wanted more. Hopefully they make their bagels like this all the time, I will definitely go back for another!

Just a small insignificant bummer; I extremely dislike the new icing on the shortbread cookies. They were by far, my favorite anywhere, but I ordered one in September and it was a Pencil shape and don't ask me why, I though it was just a fluke. Unfortunatelytoday, I oredered a Pumpkin one and discovered that it's the same icing. Anyway, it's not like I need any of it, so it's a favor I guess. Sincerely, Nicely Dissing the New Icing

The website is a disaster. Ordered ahead of time. When I got there at the time they said to pick up, there was no record of my order for another 10 minutes. They were out of many types of bagels, plain cream cheese, and didn't even offer a cookie as a sorry. This order was for someone who just came out of the hospital. Service person was nice but looked like a deer in headlights at lunchtime!

Had to wait quite awhile for workers to finish their personal conversation to be waited on. 8:30 am and shelves were empty. Advertised item not available. Chocolate Croissant was hard like it was several days old. Tea took a long time, was told it was ready then had to wait another 5 minutes for it. Very negative experience at a chain I usually love!

I was meeting a friend there for dinner. Neither of us had ever been to this location. Upon arriving early, I went inside to wait. There was loud rap music playing and the floor was covered with remnants of straw wrappers and other litter. I instantly decided against eating there, exited the restaurant, met my friend in the parking lot, and we ate elsewhere. To be fair, I cannot give a review of rhe food & service since we didn't eat there. But given this experience, my expectations would be low.

Service is always so slow. I normally order rapid pickup from the app and my order is rarely ready on time. My order often is wrong or missing items. The restaurant always seems short staffed. I work nearby and only get lunch here when I don't have time to drive anywhere.

This location is terrible!!! 30 minute wait at 3:30 pm for 1 order!??? Do NOT use their bathrooms!!!!!! See pics. These are an improvement from a few months ago.

This store is somehow always smokey inside, they consistently get orders wrong, and they’re often out of stock of things, but don’t let you know until you order is supposed to be ready. The service is terrible, literally the worst of any fast food place I go to, despite being more “upscale”. Once my son grows out of his fixation on their grilled cheese, i hope to never be back.

I placed an order with this store via the Uber Eats app. I arrive at the time my order is supposed to be ready and it is not ready. They asked me to pull up to a reserved spot as they are still working on it. I wait an additional 10 minutes before an employee comes out to tell me that they are out of what I ordered. Ridiculous, frustrating, and a complete waste of my time. Poor communication and even poorer customer service.

Like always their breas ia good. Don't visit this restaurant after 3 P.M. because they bake the bread. The entire restaurant gets cover with a dense dark stinky burning smoke. The aroma of baking bread should be an amazing experience instead one must run away. If you have a respiratory issues do not visit this place.

I went for a quick bakery in and out run. No wait in line at the time, nice. Food was good. Service was nice. The order was accurate.

The food was good, but the atmosphere was pretty bad. At 2:00, there were many open tables but all were dirty. The trash was overflowing; the trash can on the patio was noticeably stinky. And the coffee station was low/missing items.
