St. Louis Bread Co.

Panera has always been my go to place for breakfast and lunch. Their breakfast will have you fulfilled until your next meal for sure.

How the mighty have fallen. Sandwich had zero taste. Avocado was like eating tofu. Bacon was see thru. Such a disappointment. If we didn't have gift cards we would never have stopped.

My chili tasted like it came straight out of a chili can. Awful.

The bagels are good but you would think this place is making an entire thanksgiving dinner with how long the drive thru line takes. I order one bagel and there’s times where I have to get out of line before paying with only 1 car infront of me. Ridiculous. Not sure how they are running things here. I assume there’s not good management.

I can tell that the autumn squash soup should be really great, but it was served lukewarm, quickly turning into cold as I tried to eat it. Reported it to the staff. Nothing was done. Also the Apple was obviously very old tasted very Miele. I returned it and was given a bag of chips. Seven dollars is a lot to spend for a “bowl”of soup that amounts to little more than 8 ounces and cold at that! Panera’s has never returned to the quality level it had before Covid when I used to indulge at least weekly. Have yet to have a great experience in past three years! So very disappointed.☹️

The guy who runs the drive thru LB is literally the best! He has so much energy, funny, and so so so kind! It makes me happy during my lunch break. He deserves a raise for sure!!!

Clean, good food...help is scarce, but friendly. Tasty salads, sandwiches and soups. If you are good sensitive, they must ALL ingredients on their website, which didn't seem up to date?

Drive thru is VERY slow!!

hadn't been to this particular bread co before but ordered online for drive thru pick up since it's closest to my office location
the pick up process was easy and my order was right
but my salad was clearly frozen when it was assembled in the container. have you ever eaten half frozen lettuce? where it was still frozen, the leaves were like eating ice crystals off something freezer burnt. where it had thawed, was a cold, nasty, mushy mess. my soup was good but a waste of money when half my pick two was basically inedible...

Placed an order at the kiosk. I got notified it was ready, but it wasn’t there. Waited 30 minutes and had to wait in the order line to get someone to help me while I watched a dozen people who ordered after me get their food. While waiting for them to figure out my problem I watch at least 2 other people complain their order was wrong.

There is another Panera a few miles away. I be taking the few extra minutes to go to that one in the future.

This is one of the nicest Bread Co. in St Louis. The atmosphere is great and there's plenty of room so you don't feel claustrophobic. There are a lot of regulars at this location so there's a friendly vibe. I highly recommend this Bread Co.
