Waited in line to order behind only 2 cars for16 mins and then the lady was super rude when taking my order like I was inconveniencing her. When I received my order my drink wasn’t even stirred together and the syrup was piled on the bottom. When I asked about it she told me to stir it myself…for these prices I shouldn’t have to make my drink correctly myself. I’ve never been to such a terrible Panera.

The line took forever to get up to the window which is fine, all the employees were super nice so no complaints there, can’t blame them for being busy. The cream cheese packet that came with my bagel had the consistency of freezer burnt ice cream. It had pieces of ice inside of it too so after a while of it warming up, it was just a watery mess. I’m just hoping this will help prevent them from doing whatever they did with the cream cheese again.

Horrible service! Waited 25 minutes in drive-thu, then several more at window! I asked what's the problem?? & associate said, "we have a lot of pick up orders". Maybe you need a better system?#% I will not be going back. *****Do Not Go there unless you have plenty of time to waste! Food is not especially good.

In all my years of eating here, I’ve never had such a horrible service. I’m just surprised at how bad this was. The woman working named Marian, was rude and unnecessarily mad that she was at work. I asked for cream cheese for my large bagel order, you’d think I was asking the woman for a kidney the way she responded. A very loud and obvious sigh at my request, even an eye roll. I’m sorry if she’s having a bad day, but that isn’t because of me. And then the cuts on the bagels were amateur at best, my six year can cut a bagel in half, these folks sure can’t. We can’t even put the cream cheese on the bagels. I’m not one to normally leave a bad review but I left there feeling unwelcome, unwanted, and like I was a nuisance. I’ll never be back to this location, and this Marian lady needs to either fix her attitude or find a job where she doesn’t interact with humans. Shame on this whole place.

I ordered a large bowl of Mac and cheese. About 20 minutes into waiting, I confirmed they had the order with them.15 minutes later, I had to ask how much longer. They started to grab a small bowl, I had to correct them. They gave me the large bowl, mac and cheese was not stirred, looked like it came out of the fridge. Sat down, realized I wasn’t given bread.Worst service along with a Smokey atmosphere.
