This is the best Panera in St. Louis. I live in North County and will drive to this location because of the great customer service and great food. The staff is always accommodating and it's always clean inside. This is def my go to spot!

This store is old. Everything is worn out, stained. And tired. The seats cushioning is flat. Seems short staffed and unkempt. Ceiling tiles are stained. Food on par for Panera. Coffee is hit or miss in terms of temperature and availability

I was stunned by how dirty this place was at 10:45 this morning. I took pics but apparently I can't post them. Paneras is know for their broccoli cheddar soup and the one I got tasted funky. Will never go back here again.

Never get the “no utensils” order correct from their kiosks so I asked them to remove them from my order. Kid was returned and threw them all right in the trash. Corporate Panera’s whole sustainability ethos obviously doesn’t apply where the rubber meets the road.
This place needs an absolutely cleaning like ASAP …trash is everywhere trash cans not cleaned neither one of them food all over the place I swear I wished I didn’t come to this location but overall I’m glad I did come so I can post what a disaster this place is and to serve food at the same time UGH

Probably one of the best meals we've had out to eat, anywhere, while traveling! MO, DC, FL, CO, IL .... many places. The bread, the sandwich, the deserts, the drinks, the service ... very real ingredients. Had to write a review! Anthony and his team today were amazing!

Soup was good, however they were out of several menu items, no tables were clean, trash and dirty dishes were over flowing. AND it took 40 minutes to get our food. Very poorly run location.
