I'm celiac and so happy I can get myself some gluten free fried rice without feeling sick. The other gluten free options here are delicious. One of my favorite restaurants to go to! Keep up the good work Pei Wei!

In the past I have strictly gotten Pei Wei for takeout. Usually through grubhub. Today, May 2nd, I decided to dine in. I must say how relieving it was to have such a casual atmosphere. You order at the counter. It’s like fast food but East Asian. After you order, you get a number sign that lets the food runners know who gets which order. It’s so low key, and I love it. Typically restaurants with any Asian food are sit down restaurants with servers working for tips. It’s nice to have a more casual environment with good food, just without the sit down aspect. I love the food. This visit, I got their spicy drunken noodles with tofu along with a four count of spring rolls.

I ordered Pei Wei for delivery and the chicken in my dish was raw! I called the store and their response was extremely underwhelming. After asking for a manager I heard a lot of giggling in the background while I was waiting for someone to come to the phone. I’m not even sure the manager apologized or stated they would ensure it didn’t happen again until I commented that was why I was calling. To make matters worse because I ordered through a 3rd party app, I didn’t even get a full refund.

The food was great, the staff had a little trouble ringing up our order initially, but they got it figured out. My main complaint is the cost, $60 for 2 adults and 2 children is pretty steep in my opinion 🤷

We used to eat here all the time. This place has gone straight down hill. I see why all the PeiWei restaurants are closing. Staff was very aloof and not in a hurry take your order, but took our bowls before we were finished while getting a drink refill. Used to be a very different environment.
I would give this a zero if I could!! My mother in law, my daughter and myself ate there for lunch today and I already ate most of my food so I got a box to put my food in, as I was putting it in I saw a cockroach in my food!! The lady working there said oh we have known about this for months. I said you guys have had this problem and are still serving food with bugs falling in it, that is disgusting!! I brought my toddler here to eat!! Then I had to wait 30 mins. To talk to a manager because he was on a call and he comes out and gives me giftcards....I'm not going to eat there again!! Then he says oh I thought this was taken care of, guess I gotta call pest control again. Such a horrible experience.

I haven’t had Pei Wei in YEARSSSS. But, after eating it this time, it has yet to fail <3. I ordered on their website, for delivery and it was still very warm! Portion is worth the price! They outbeat Panda Express x10.

ZERO STARS . This company absolutely will not honor their gift cards . I’ve gotten numerous gift cards from my employer , every time I try to use them , their site won’t honor them . I called this Creve Couer location and spoke with GM Jerry who interrupted me , spoke disrespectfully , offered absolutely zero resolution , he told me it was corporate fault in Texas and he’s tired of having to deal with people like me calling him about it and in fact hung up on me after refusing to honor the cards and after I asked him “ so am I to understand that not only are you refusing to honor these cards , you offer no apology or resolution . I called back and he had someone who barely spoke English answer the call and who told me that Jerry would not get on the phone . Jerry shouldn’t be a GM bc he has no problem solving skills or leadership skills and I do not reccomend doing business with a company who sells gift cards online that you cannot use , online . DISHONEST and poor customer service . I will be calling Corporate and emailing immediately and I urge anyone else with issues with this location to do the same .
