We had the “feast” for 4-5, and on it we had 4 different dishes. My family of 5 was less than impressed and kept joking “maybe this is what people come here for?” And would take a bite and be like “nope not that.” When we ordered, we added Asian noodles, which were like soggy spaghetti noodles, and cost extra which we weren’t aware of unfortunately, too. Nothing was actually delicious, or even something we’d want to have again. I think the man who took our order was too high to put a solid thought together, and just overall, it wasn’t a good experience. Our kids LOVE Asian food and we’re like “this is really not good”. We also love curry, and couldn’t eat the curry dish hardly at all, it just wasn’t good at all. It tasted like at home frozen Asian food. Just sharing because if we would have read a review like this, we would have gone somewhere else.

On 4/12/24 at 7:30pm We had the best experience yet during our visit, The young man working the register and helping everyone with the menu is a outstanding person. I have to say it's the best service we have had since before COVID. The whole place is ran great and very clean with quality food. But the service was outstanding. The owner should be proud of the staff. This visit will make me come back even more often. T.y

I think that the people at this restaurant were really accommodating. My biggest gripe is the music choice but that was just my personal tastesVegetarian options: Able to switch out any protein for vegan optionsDietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten friendlyKid-friendliness: There is a very customizable childrens menu

One of our chicken dishes was still raw! As other reviews have said, this appears to be a consistent problem here.

They have an amazing gluten-free selection. The kung pao shrimp is my favorite of ANYWHERE. Amazing staff and service, too.

My wife and I were just there for lunch. We were first in line and my wife clearly ordered “Mongolian Beef”. I don’t know if the gentleman at the counter was hard of hearing, in a bad mood, or mentally defective. He kept rudely asking “Which one?” She thought there was only one and finally pointed to the picture on the menu board for him.My wife was taken aback, offended, and it spoiled our lunch. This is not how wait staff should treat a customer and we will not be back.

I have now exhausted any Goodwill that was built up by my love of Kung Pao chicken from pei wei. It has been different at least 5 times in a row now. Most recently, it was more honey chicken. At least it was clean this time.

WAS our favorite place to eat! Arrived at the restaurant only to be told "we're not taking orders"!?! as I stand there stunned another associate turns and says "we're not taking orders" no further explanation. There were people eating in the restaurant, people picking up orders and people preparing food in the kitchen!?! We left. A call later to the restaurant to speak with a manager and get a corporate number was met with I don't have a number of anyone to contact. A complete failure of trying to provide any costumer service! It was explained that we drove 20 minutes to eat at the location and we have been patrons since the location first opened. We were told we could come back and he would get us served. A lot too late. I suspect ownership or management has changed in the last few months as food quality, portion size and service have fallen off, which I don't totally understand since several of the old faces are still there. A disappointment as the other Pei Wei location closed in Clayton. With some severe food allergies in my family it felt good that we had a place we trusted, unfortunately that trust has been broken. To be treated like that from just walking through the door doesn't instill confidence in anything else they do! We will not be returning!

At 1140am we tried to eat lunch here. There were people in the dining room eating and people coming in to pick up orders. When we got to the register they told us they were not taking order at this time and refused to give us a reason or serve us. We have eaten here many times in the past. There service is horrible and the employees are rude. Never eating here again. The service here in the last 6 months has really gone down hill. Horrible
