There was 3 people working and I went to the doors to open it and there were closed I there @9:29pm and the doors where locked even when it says they are open till 10:00pm, called twice they answered the phone but they where taking so much in the background that they couldn’t hear me and then they just hung up. I like this place but if your store hours say one thing that’s why it should be plz don’t play bc I don’t play bout my food or gas it take to get there. THANKS and HAVE A BLESSED DAY!

This is the second time my order has been messed up. The first time was missing rice. This time I didn't order any meat and ordered beans only for my protein and got no beans. I also ordered extra lettuce and got no lettuce. It's frustrating coming home to a bowl expecting it to fill you and really leaving you hungry instead. Very disappointed.

This restaurant is dirty and gross. Dining room, restroom, all of it. Gross. The staff was friendly. What has happened with standards anymore? When I worked in a fast food restaurant, our manager always said “if you have time to lean, you have time to clean!“ Why would you keep a place that sells food that unclean? I frequent Qdoba weekly. This was my first time at this location and I won’t be back. I was not greeted and I stood at the counter to order while Staff talked amongst themselves. Once I ordered, I dined in. I sat down for a hour and just observed. It was loud. Slamming things and cabinets and the music was really loud as well. The staff were not friendly. They greeted every white person who walked in the door. Every black person who walked through the door was not greeted. Every white person upon ordering were asked how their day was going and how they were doing. Every black person just got asked what did they want to order. I noticed the one-sidedness in the workers.
I wasn't thrilled by the staff the last time I was there. Which isn't usually a problem. I asked for cheese & sour cream at the end. The woman accidentally put queso on it. When I said, "Oh, I didn't want that kind of cheese!" The employees just looked at me like do you want me to make it again?? Of Course! They shouldn't even have to ask. They could have asked me to give them a minute and I would've understood. We all make mistakes, especially when you're tired at work. I just felt like asking them to remake it was a chore. When my husband finally spoke up and asked them to remake it ... they still got it wrong, lol! Shit happens. That's life for ya? ☮️🩷😃
Wheelchair accessibility: It's in a plaza, so I believe there are handicap ramps on the sidewalk?

What saddens me is that I have mixed emotions about this place. In person everything is made with love and to perfection. But when I order online the food looks like it was just rushed and thrown together and everything I asked for I did not get and I noticed it's even worse when you have rewards and get things for free. My online ordering experience has not been great.

I went in on Nov 4 around 8:10pm and the woman who helped me charged me 25 dollars for a regular steak bowl, no extras on anything. On the app it comes out to 12 dollars. Its not the first time this store has given me bad service. I’ve gone there before and no one was there to help me for 5 minutes. I just left and went to chipotle instead. I’ve had good experiences at this place but recently it has not been good enough.

Had the chicken Adobe burrito and the person who made it did not know how to fold a burrito or just didn't care. I went to pick up the burrito to take a bite and the whole thing fell apart. Had to eat with fork..messy mess. Need training on burrito folding!
