Called the store on New Year’s Eve to make sure they were open. We ordered from 2 previous restaurants (not qdoba) using door dash, only to have both ordered cancelled. When the Qdoba worker answered the phone, she was very polite, and helpful. This instantly made us say “she was so nice, we definitely need to grab food from here.” Fast forward 5 minutes later and we arrive to the store. We were instantly greeted upon entering by a friendly worker named Lachelle. She was very nice, listened to each of our orders without issues, and made our orders perfectly! This honestly was the best service I’ve had at a takeout restaurant since the pandemic. It’s amazing what someone with a good attitude can do, especially with her having to work New Year’s Eve, and we walk into the restaurant 1 hour before closing. Once we arrived at home, the food tasted great, chips were warm and not stale, which seems to be the normal when getting chips from a similar restaurant. I am 100% satisfied with my food and the service I received at the store! Lachelle is definitely a great asset to this store!

My husband LOVES Qdoba so we eat at them all over the states. This specific one in Creve Coer, St.Louis was by far the best we’ve ever experienced! Great employees who were nice, welcoming & kind (we’re not used to that), the food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was even better! So clean, well maintained and impeccably handled. I can’t say enough great things about our experience. Sad we don’t live closer to it!

We were there on a Friday around 5:30 and we couldn’t find a clean table. Every table had food scraps on it. It wasn’t busy (no other customers) so it could’ve easily been cleaned. Bathrooms had poop stains in all the toilets. No paper towels, meaning handwashing probably isn’t great… yuck.

There was 3 people working and I went to the doors to open it and there were closed I there @9:29pm and the doors where locked even when it says they are open till 10:00pm, called twice they answered the phone but they where taking so much in the background that they couldn’t hear me and then they just hung up. I like this place but if your store hours say one thing that’s why it should be plz don’t play bc I don’t play bout my food or gas it take to get there. THANKS and HAVE A BLESSED DAY!
Door dashed an order from them and was given a half full bowl with barely anything in it. Supposed to be double meat but barely got a full portion. Will not be coming back.
