Called the store on New Year’s Eve to make sure they were open. We ordered from 2 previous restaurants (not qdoba) using door dash, only to have both ordered cancelled. When the Qdoba worker answered the phone, she was very polite, and helpful. This instantly made us say “she was so nice, we definitely need to grab food from here.” Fast forward 5 minutes later and we arrive to the store. My husband LOVES Qdoba so we eat at them all over the states. This specific one in Creve Coer, St.Louis was by far the best we’ve ever experienced! Great employees who were nice, welcoming & kind (we’re not used to that), the food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was even better! So clean, well maintained and impeccably handled. I can’t say enough great things about our experience. Sad we don’t live closer to it!

This is the second time my order has been messed up. The first time was missing rice. This time I didn't order any meat and ordered beans only for my protein and got no beans. I also ordered extra lettuce and got no lettuce. It's frustrating coming home to a bowl expecting it to fill you and really leaving you hungry instead. Very disappointed.
